They tried to charge me for things I was told over the phone on a recorded line that I wouldn’t be charged for and that several of their representatives in person told me I wouldn’t be charged for. I open my bill and seen that it was double what it should be and was told the best they could do is give me $30-$50 off. They also didn’t compensate me the way they said they would and try to say that they would compensate me With that offer, even though it was supposed to already have been applied! I ended up canceling my service and they are still trying to charge me for something that I wasn’t supposed to be charged for. I will not recommend Xfinity to anyone at this point, which is sad because I’ve been using Xfinity whole adult life and my parents have used my whole life. I will never ever ever suggest this to anybody.

Mary was an absolute GEM to be on the phone with. She was able to cancel my Xfinity service without any issues and had the most sweetest customer service tone ever. I hope my future calls will be with her!

Zeke figured out some long standing concerns on wrongly -sent equipment rental in less than 5 minutes, and was friendly and full of humor the whole time.

Very frustrating to try and buy anything there. Their system was down and would not allow them to sell any phone cases today. I also tried to purchase an iPhone, and their roving iPads they use in the store would not allow them to connect.. The sales kid said he would have to make a phone call to see why. Then he insisted I give him my Social Security #. I don’t just hand that out to buy something. He said I couldn’t buy a phone without it, so I left and bought an iPhone from Apple online without giving some kid my SS #. Very poorly run store. Not going back.

Xfinity has multiple times tried to charge me for things that I should not be paying for and then not refund me until I spend hours with chat agents and in stores trying to resolve the issue. I canceled my service with this store multiple days before I should have been billed again, but then I was still charged the full amount. Almost a month later, and I tried to reach out to get my money back, since they told me it would be returned if it went through for the next month, but I hadn’t seen anything. They told me I would be refunded HALF the amount back. Even though I hadn’t used the service at all for that month. I had to push even more to receive NOT EVEN THE FULL AMOUNT back. They still took 2 dollars for good measure?? They said it was a prorated amount, but I hadn’t used anything in that billing cycle so it feels pretty sneaky and upsetting to me. We will see if I am actually returned my money now.

We’ve had it for about a year now and they’ve been the best. I work from home and my husband and I both game so we are picky with internet and it’s been great!
We had it for a little bit where it was slow and before we put in a request they emailed us that they’re sending a technician and he came over and quickly fixed the issue.

Xfinity is the only option in this area and because of that they treat it as a monopoly. My Internet has died 6 times for multiple days at a time in the last 3 months. I have had to fight them at every stage to get techs out here each time and each time the tech says they fix it and sure enough it does again. On top of all of that I have had multiple techs lie about showing up going so far as to drive past the house so it logs their position and then cancel the appointment. Absolutely disgusting

If you love weekly outages, you’ll love Xfinity! In the last month, there have been more days with random outages than days without outages. If you don’t like outages, hopefully you have fiber in your area, or switch to 5G home internet from almost any major phone carrier.

Keaton was awesome! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and was very helpful in transitioning from another wireless provider. Thank you for taking the time to engage my daughter and keep her entertained throughout the long process (long because AT&T was making it difficult). Keaton went above and beyond. It was refreshing to receive such great service..

Kobe was an amazing employee. Very helpful and wonderful. Greeted me when I walked in, got me in and out with a great phone in no time. Employees like him set a great bar and standard for awesomeness. Truly appreciate all the help Kobe gave me. I also would like to shout out Daniel Prestwich who helped me prior to understand what deals they had at the store previously. Keep up the amazing work team.
