I had a very bad experience with this dealer. The representative added a new account, including Home Internet, without my clear consent, and I later discovered I was double charged across multiple accounts, even though no Home Internet equipment was ever provided or installed and the service was never activated. This felt intentional and driven purely by trying to close a sale rather than acting honestly or transparently.
No customer should have to check multiple accounts just to make sure they werenāt overcharged or signed up for something they didnāt agree to. This kind of behavior breaks trust and is unacceptable.
I strongly warn new customers to review every detail carefully, ask for written confirmation, and monitor your accounts closely if you choose to do business here. ā ļøšš

Came in today to add a cell phone
line & buy a new iPhone for my daughter. Kanon was super helpful & kind! Iāve had nothing but great experiences by Kanon and Kaden both at this location during various upgrades. I will say my cell phone bill is wayyyy cheaper than when I was with t mobile and I get great coverage for anyone considering making a switch. Been with xfinity over a year now.

Very shady sales bros. the one who helped me said thatās hen I signed up online it ācorrupted my accountā but not to worry he would help me with it. Set it up again so he could get the credit. Didnāt cancel the one I set up with online so I got double charged. Then the customer service number had to fix it. But now the mobile number is on one and internet is on another plan and Iām getting charged extra. Everything is messed up and getting bills way more because the sales guy wanted the sale from me and lied to me to get it.
All of the recent 5 star reviews are also from their employees. Donāt trust them.

This was my first time in this store and I had a great experience. They greeted me right when I walked in the store and I also saw they did that with everyone else that walked in. Rhett was really helpful and thorough on helping me get what I needed and explaining everything well. His manager and the others working there are really cool and friendly. I saw that they were quick and courteous in helping everyone else that was in there. Great store and great experience. I would highly recommend.

I just moved and xfinity internet is included in the HOA. The people at the store were awesome and friendly.
Unfortunately none of the coax hookups worked. They had to send a technician out to get it working. The technician was awesome and got the connection up and running very quickly!
Thanks for helping me get setup, I really appreciate it!

Wow. Just⦠wow.
Stopped in to talk about our bill and was laughed at by the āmanagerā ā Kaden. Yep, laughed. Right to our faces. Then told he had zero power to help and didnāt care what Xfinity had promised us online.
When we asked for another manager, he said he didnāt have one (convenient, right?). The level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. Iāve seriously never had a reason to write a complaint in my life until now ā and this guy managed to earn it.
If customer service had a bottom tier, this place would be holding the shovel. Because of this, weāre canceling all our Xfinity phone lines and internet. Iād honestly pay double somewhere else just to never deal with this nonsense again.
Avoid this store like your sanity depends on it.

They tried to charge me for things I was told over the phone on a recorded line that I wouldnāt be charged for and that several of their representatives in person told me I wouldnāt be charged for. I open my bill and seen that it was double what it should be and was told the best they could do is give me $30-$50 off. They also didnāt compensate me the way they said they would and try to say that they would compensate me With that offer, even though it was supposed to already have been applied! I ended up canceling my service and they are still trying to charge me for something that I wasnāt supposed to be charged for. I will not recommend Xfinity to anyone at this point, which is sad because Iāve been using Xfinity whole adult life and my parents have used my whole life. I will never ever ever suggest this to anybody.
