I had to replace the battery in an upstairs monitor. First time in 5 years. First time ever for me.
I received the replacement battery. Which I was sure did not work….because it was defective.
Despite my rude, obnoxious, doubting, suspicious and hysterical behavior, RYAN and PATRICK steadfastly, remained patient and kind. And highly informative. With POSITIVE SOLUTIONS.
(My)Jesus is pleased with them for sure. They are an answer to: “What would (my) Jesus do?”
I have apologized to them, personally, in writing. And now again, publicly.
In gratitude and humility, I thank you RYAN and PATRICK for graciously accepting my apology.
They did a lot of troubleshooting. And they were able to identify the wall-mount malfunction issue also. Separate from the monitor battery.
I TRUST RYAN and PATRICK. I now consider them another one of (my) God’s graces.
After all, it wasn’t like there was a huge, or any profit really….and couple that with my abysmal behavior.
They are on the path to sainthood.

The YouTube video was very helpful in installing and buying the right battery. Link in the description was all I needed to find the correct item. I would have liked a bit more tracking info (or maybe i didnt look in the proper spot), but otherwise the item did arrive and did work properly, solving the issue. Thanks guys!

We just needed the ADT for cover for an alarm we got about 2 years ago. Called ADT, and after and hour and a half, they were unable to help, tried to upsell us, and were kind of rude. Asked for a call back from a supervisor, and of course, no returned call. I def recommend Zions and will do business with them again. Great customer service!
