Worst place I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They had scheduled a pick up within a 4 hour window that I took off work for and they didn't make a 5 or even 6 hour window and don't even have the common courtesy to call and say a thing I hope they go bankrupt sorry ass business!!

Terrible company - doesn’t show up when they quote you a time, ignores your calls, and then belittles you when you call them out. Don’t waste your time.

I hired this company to come move a shed for me. The first day they were running over an hour late so I rescheduled for the next day. They told me noon would be good. Then at 11:45 they told me they couldn’t do it till 4. So I got to Home Depot at 4 and I sat in the Home Depot parking lot for 45 min and no one called or texted me and i finally just left. So I wouldn’t recommend them at all

Terrible service. They made me wait almost two hours more from the time they told me they could come get my car. When I checked with them on the ETA, they said 20 more minutes. Another hour passed and when I called, they never answered. I was able to call another company and have a truck there in under 15 minutes.
Maybe other people have had a good experience but mine was not a pleasant one at all.

My experience with ZNL has not been a pleasant one. They are flakey, make endless excuses, change pick up times, ignore phone calls and in the end didn't show up at all. I spent my evenings at home more than once waiting on them to show, only to be disappointed and forgotten. Need a tow truck? Call someone else.

Great service. Friendly and super helpful. Was quoted an earlier time but when I followed up on the delayed eta the arrival was quick. Very glad to have found ZNL towing. Thank you so much.

This guy was amazing. Not only was he fast, easy to work with and AFFORDABLE but when I mentioned the problem I was having he popped the hood took a look and was able to point out exactly what caused my problem. Will only be using him from now on, 10/10 would recommend.

Everytime I called they hung up, know one was answering me and I called about 5 times. Someone eventually did answer but then hung up on me right away!

If you want to make your bad day worse, use this towing service!Were told they would be there in 27 minutes. After an hour we called and they didn’t pick up that time. Then they showed up in less than 5 minutes of our ignored call.The man came to look at our car and was immediately very rude and angry. He said that he was not told about the real problem, that it would be more work and “a pain in the butt.” He said they would be charging more money and it would have to come out of our pocket. We asked wouldn’t they just bill the insurance and he said we would need to call them and let them know.We called our insurance and they put us on hold while they called him to figure out what was going on. He told our insurance person that he would have to go through more paperwork and a particular process in order to tow our car. But then he just flat out refused to do that… So, they left. Our car still sitting stuck where it originally was as my husband, me, my daughter and our dog just had to wait for our insurance to contact a different tow company.Do yourself a favor and call someone else. When you’ve just gone through a scary experience, you deserve to be treated with kindness. Wish I could give zero stars.

My truck lost steering and I was stuck in a parking lot blocking flow of traffic. The tow truck/driver was prompt and friendly. He saved me a huge headache and hassle. The cost for the tow was more than reasonable. Highly recommend and will be using ZNL towing in the future!
