Our stay was in 2021. The amenities they advertise no longer exist. The hot tub has been gone for years. Rafting isn't available because the creek dried up. The tennis court looked like it had been unused for 20 years - the net was gone, asphalt was cracked and there was some art project. The basketball court was very run down and had a tree growing in it. There is nowhere to comfortably sit down in the whole complex - all of the chairs are uncomfortable. The window A/C units couldn't keep up (see photo). I would never go back.
Nearby activities: There are no restaurants within an hour of the ranch, so you must eat whatever they serve you.

if you're looking for a lot of rooms and space for a large gathering and can keep yourselves entertained in a remote location, then this place may be for you.
the kitchen is huge and has plenty of cooking equipment for a large group (100-200 people). You can tube sections of the Sevier River in Kingston Canyon about 15 mins away with your own gear. Bryce is about 50 minutes away. There's a reservoir about 7 minutes away.
the rooms, lodge and property are clean and provide the basics. you're pretty much on your own.
be sure to keep your car doors locked to help the family that owns the property.

We had a wonderful time here with our 6 year old daughter. Very nice facility and rooms, delicious food, great program, super nice rangers, just a great experience all around.
