This is by far the nicest and cleanest hotel I've stayed in in years. Will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was simple and fresh. Quiet. And love the newly remodeled rooms.

I loved the service and the conjoining room. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the pool and hot tub too. Close to so much fast food too. Love this little town!

I needed a place to stay going between Las Vegas and Denver. The staff was very nice. Very clean, spacious rooms and I enjoyed a good breakfast before I left.

This was a very welcome change from our previous Comfort Inn in Tucson. The lobby was wonderfully decorated for Christmas and very inviting. Room was great, breakfast was excellent and I recommend it in Beaver. Utah.

We travel to California quite frequently from Eagle, Idaho and we just tried the I-15 route through Salt Lake due to weather, cell coverage and also a minimum two lane road for most of the trip. Beaver Utah is about the halfway point to Orange County, California. We travel with our dogs and this hotel was perfect, because it is pet friendly, they have a dog park adjacent to it that is great to exercise the dogs, especially after a 7 hour drive. We got a King room on the first floor that was extra spacious, with LVT flooring and allowed for us to setup the dog crate for our puppy. There are many other travelers that stay there with dogs and you barely hear a peep, which has been our experience. For breakfast, we typically have a quick bite to eat to get back on the road and the offerings for food vary from waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausages, with a variety of yogurts and juices. We intend to use this hotel in the future since it is conveniently close to the Interstate, food and gas.

The best thing about this hotel was the pool and spa room. The room was heated, pool at perfect temp, large hot tub, open until 11pm.Our room was also very clean, spacious, and nicely arranged with a desk, large TV stand, and coffee counter. Beds were soft and comfy, no gross carpeting.Hotel staff were really kind and offered to help us with our bags. We also really liked the breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffle maker + all the normal toast & etc)This hotel was more expensive than others in the area but we think it was 100% worth it. They allow cats with a reasonable fee of $20 per pet.

So impressed and expectations exceeded for this small town location. Very accommodating to my requests. Cookies in the lobby. Simple but clean, good price, good breakfast. Highly recommend. I wish there was a hotel like this in more places for such a good price.

We’re moving cross country and we just needed a place to sleep for a night, so this was perfect for us. The room was one of the cleanest we’ve seen on this trip and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend the hot breakfast as well as the hot tub.Rooms: The rooms are large with a sitting area and a real closet. Our bathroom had plenty of counter space, towels were clean and fresh with no rips or frayed edges, solid water pressure, and the shower had no drainage issues. There is plenty of storage space for anyone who is staying for a long visit.

Had to stop after a long drive and this place was the most decent based on the reviews. The room was spacious (king size bed with small sofa) the bed was comfortable the receptionist was friendly even at let hours. The only thing is the cleanliness. It was clean enough where I would stay again in emergency but they need to do a better job with vacuuming the room and bathroo

Stopped here after 9 hours of driving and was exhausted. I didn’t have a reservation but they had a room for me. A King bed suite with a pull out couch. Way more room than a single lady needed. The hotel was right off the I15 and easy to get to. Next door is a Shell station with a Burger King attached.First impressions of the hotel was that is was clean. Smelled clean but not overtly chemically. You can tell this hotel is well cared for.My room was clean and tidy with everything needed for my overnight stay. There were plenty of towels, soap, etc. there was even a brown makeup washcloth for removing ones makeup with. Nice touch and I am sure saves the staff when it comes to cleaning! There was even a towel rolled/folded into what I think was an elephant over on the desk.I watched tv for a while, took a nap and ordered Doordash from Carl’s Jr. Unfortunately Doordash couldn’t find a driver so after an hour or so I canceled and went to the restaurant myself. The town of Beaver seems like a quaint small town. The birthplace of Butch Cassidy!Back in my room I watched tv for a while before drifting off to sleep. I am traveling with a sprained ankle, broken toes and broken ribs so was tired and hurting. I had plenty of pillows to prop up hurting parts and I actually slept like a baby in the soft bed.Breakfast was pretty impressive for a hotel breakfast. They had tasty coffee, juice, cereal and milk, oatmeal, yogurt, string cheese, chilled hard boiled eggs, muffins, pastries, bagels and bread (with a toaster). Hot breakfast options were scrambled eggs, sausage links, breakfast potatoes and waffles (I think there was plain and blueberry waffle options but I didn’t partake so I may have been wrong) overall it seemed like they had options for most dietary needs (low carb, gluten free, etc) and options for families with children. While I was not traveling with my dogs I noticed the place was pet friendly and got to meet a cute Yorkie during my stay.If I am ever in Beaver Utah I 100% will stay here again!

The hotel appeared to be newer, it was clean, comfortable, quiet and had nice blackout shades in the large size room. We were given a double queen and made our reservation same day. The location was perfect for the amount of drive time we wanted on this leg of our trip. The staff were decent and check us in promptly. The main reason the hotel didn't get a 5 star, was that the quality of the breakfast was below the standard set by the previous Comfort Inn we stayed at the night before.Rooms: Rooms were an excellent value with great size and cleanliness. The air conditioner was perfect and offered a continuous fan setting which we greatly appreciated to help cancel nuisance sounds.Food & drinks: This was the only real weakness at this Comfort Inn location. The eggs were not as well prepared, still having too much water after cooking. The sausages were not well browned. And there was no biscuit and gravy option as at the prior stay.
