My wife an I had a beautiful home in a town with a poor real estate market. We tried for over 24 months to sell the house on our own. We talked with Brayden and decided to list with him. We were leaving town right after the agreement. We were on the road for three days when he called and said I have two active offers. Could not believe our ears. By the time were back in town he had most of the work completed. We did our part and sold the home for what we were asking.Brayden has a real knowledge of the market in south central Utah and is wonderful to work with.

Worked with Brayden on the sale of our home 2 years ago. Very pleased with his help and communication with us during the transaction. He was great to go over all our options with us and overall, we were pleased all he did. I have also needed his advice on real estate and he has been willing to give it and it has been spot on. His knowlege of real estate is invaluable. I own businesses and know I can go to him for property values etc. and get a straight answer.
