Ernie's Truck Plaza is an independent family-owned truck stop known for its old-fashioned hospitality. It offers tons of free and reliable overnight parking in a nice, quiet, and dark lot. The food is affordable and tasty, with famous chicken tenders, biscuits and gravy, bacon or sausage and egg biscuits, and oatmeal raisin cookies. The place is very clean, including the bathrooms. The staff is friendly and outstanding, creating a thoughtful and welcoming atmosphere. It's a great alternative to larger chains, conveniently located near a local cafe and auto parts.

We had heard about their famous chicken strips and so we finally made a stop as we were driving between St George & Provo. They didn't disappoint and we will definitely come again! You need to go into town to find this place but it's worth it. Great staff!

This is the local stop and BS place. Clean restrooms. A decent selection of deep fried road food.
