Family Dollar in Beaver, Utah, offers a mix of experiences for its customers. The store has seen some recent price increases, but it still provides significant savings on items like Special K cereal, which is priced at $3.90 compared to $7.00 at regular grocery stores. The current store manager appreciates customer feedback, both positive and negative, and is committed to improving the shopping experience. Challenges such as technical issues with the registers have led to early closures, but the store is now fully staffed and working on ensuring correct pricing. Customer experiences vary; while some find the store clean and convenient for late-night shopping, others have noted inconsistency in cleanliness and issues with payment methods, sometimes being limited to cash. The helpfulness of staff has been a highlight, although the absence of a well-liked employee has affected some customers' opinions. Overall, Family Dollar aims to serve the community and provide a useful shopping option, even amidst some operational challenges. The manager encourages customers to voice their concerns and is focused on making improvements to better serve the community while keeping the store stocked and welcoming.
