I have bought 2 half beef from Valley Packing. Bob and Lynell go above and beyond what I have experience from other butchers. They cut my beef exactly how I asked. When I was ready for more, they had record of how I had it prepared from my first purchase. I drive from northern Utah and it’s more than worth it.
