I called them because of a recommendation from somebody else and they came through magnificent. Our situation was somewhat of an emergency and I’m so thankful that they dropped what they were doing to get us back on the river.

Do not buy parts from these jokers. I purchased a boat over last year and in tore at an eyelet 6 weeks after the purchase. They asked for pictures and I sent them. They gave me the run around for a month and then stopped responding. I was tired of the run around and stopped calling. I decided to take the matter up again this morning and spoke to the new parts manager, Shelby Barker. He said he would look into the matter. I received a text from Sydni Brown shortly thereafter and she said if I provided the date and receipt for the purchase, then they would go ahead and make the exchange. I dug up the date and the receipt and text it to them. She texted me back and said they would now look into how to handle the defective exchange. They went back on their word to replace it after a year and after they said they would today. Goodness RPM sucks #ss.

We bought a surf boat from RPM. The experience has been great. We love the boat and the support we have received from them has been top notch!
