The price is consistently described as decent, great, and working out 100%. However, the park has significant drawbacks. Multiple reviews report that the restroom and shower facilities are gross, dirty, and unavailable, sometimes due to renovation. The wifi is also frequently cited as not working, being very slow, or timing out. A common complaint is about numerous dogs running off-leash and owners not cleaning up after them, leading to dog poop in the area and constant barking. The lot itself is noted for having lots of weeds. It is considered okay for a short stay due to its central location, but not for long term or for enjoying the outdoors.

We have full time/part time for 18 years.We found this rv park very accomodating professionaly and very clean.cannot say enuf about wonderful staff.

Bought has here for the motorhome and used their dump and fill station before heading to Arizona.

Only good for a quick overnight. After reading owner's replies about improvements we were disappointed. Great laundry facility. WiFi inop. After hearing wife's comments about ladies shower, I showered in the rig. Don't recommend sites anywhere in the lower site numbers. Families living there with loud dogs and kids.
