Rene and Yazzie were awesome. Friendly, very helpful and proficient. I upgraded to a IPhone 17 Pro and it was seamless. They also ensured I was aware of debate options. Great service in the little rural community of Blanding.

I brought my father into Verizon today at blanding and had to wait out the morning rush for 30 minutes and finally the next employee came in Brandon brunick is his name and clocked in as fast as he could and helped us out we had billing questions and autopay questions and he answer all of them thoroughly , and tried to get me to add 2 more lines that I might do!

You would think when you buy a new phone and have service through them they would help you transfer from your old phone, and they will, for $40. I have never had to pay a penny with my AT&T account when getting a new phone to have things transferred. Won't use them, and wouldn't use Verizon if it wasn't a work phone paid for by the company.

Took uncle to store to pay for his bill, had to go into the store for him since hes wheelchair bound and store isnt wheelchair accessible even though there's a handicap sticker on door. The staff was little standoffish saying i needed his phone on hand to access his account, I wasnt there to access his account just make a payment for him, never had this problem with other cellphone companies. Wouldn't take debt card only cash, which was annoying. Looking to try and switching providers for him.

The sales representative at this store needs a lesson in customer support. I live out of town and my mother was having issues with with her iphone. I told her to go to the store to get help. She is 84 years old. So the fact that she's even using an iphone is pretty good. However, support at the store couldn't be bothered to help her figure out if my number was blocked or not. When I called to see if they were able to help, the sales person I spoke with said I would have to have her call the 800 support line. Said that they weren't responsible for support only sales. I was quite surprised that this was coming from a verizon store representative. Clearly, they are happy to take people's money for a sale and month over month but don't expect any in-store help. This is customer support now-a-days. Kids that are happy to collect a pay check but don't expect them to really work or be helpful.... The owner needs to consider better who they have working for them if this is the type of support this store gives. I'm giving only 2 stars because at least he was helpful enough to give me verizon's support line. What a joke!

Went to store this morning at 9 am. Employee said he was working on something and to give him 4 minutes. But then he said I had to go back outside the store and wait because of security purposes.
Won't go back here.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Arrived at 1:15 to find a sticky note stating closed for lunch until 2:30. When we came back, We were ‘greeted’ with the question ‘what’s your problem?’ We told the employee of our issue, she did not inquire about helping resolve the issue, just stared blankly until we said we needed new phones. We proceeded to buy two new iPhones, did Not get any explanation of bill changes, no option of phone color and sent home without phones activated.Old phones had water damage, we inquired if there was any way to transfer info. The response was a rude, ‘not unless you bagged it up’. Turns out, Apple backs them up for you, thank goodness!I will never go back to this location. Worth driving the extra hour or so to Cortez or Moab for actual help.

I found them rude. I went to the store during work hours and they were closed. I went a second time during the posted work hours and a sticky note said they were on lunch break. I left a phone message, with no response. I am traveling for a month and wanted hell with me phone. The woman was in no way welcoming to me..
