Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Arrived at 1:15 to find a sticky note stating closed for lunch until 2:30. When we came back, We were ‘greeted’ with the question ‘what’s your problem?’ We told the employee of our issue, she did not inquire about helping resolve the issue, just stared blankly until we said we needed new phones. We proceeded to buy two new iPhones, did Not get any explanation of bill changes, no option of phone color and sent home without phones activated.Old phones had water damage, we inquired if there was any way to transfer info. The response was a rude, ‘not unless you bagged it up’. Turns out, Apple backs them up for you, thank goodness!I will never go back to this location. Worth driving the extra hour or so to Cortez or Moab for actual help.

I found them rude. I went to the store during work hours and they were closed. I went a second time during the posted work hours and a sticky note said they were on lunch break. I left a phone message, with no response. I am traveling for a month and wanted hell with me phone. The woman was in no way welcoming to me..

Waited here for an hour or more both times I've been here. The first time was fine but the second time I was brushed off and told that they couldn't help me. All I needed was to add a phone to my plan and they couldn't even help me out with the Verizon app. Not likely that I'll come here again looking for help.

I, NEVER VISITED THIS PLACE IN MY LIFE, AND I DON'T WANT TO VISIT THIS PLACE, BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS SOOOO EXPENSIVE, IN OTHER SAME STORES THAT I'VE BEEN TOO.

I had to go in and get a new phone and the girl was so nice e to help me set everything up. She went beyond her job description for sure. This place is great and there was no wait.

Nena has been exta helpful. Even for just a cord I needed for my old flip phone. She was patient, answered my questions and was very nice. A very personal experience indeed and we’ll with being a multitasker. 5 stars is well deserved!

Horrible service!!! Never again will I step foot in there. Tried switching to a business account with their help and ended up in a bigger mess than when we started. We had to call customer service to line the mess out! It's pretty bad when the Manager can't explain anything to you. Definitely more training needed in that facility.

The Verizon store in blanding was great the manger was super nice and friendly what’s a great manager she get 10s⭐️, the guys there are they best friendly great customer service still welled trained I give them 10⭐️ What a great store in blanding Utah will be going back for new phone accessories good good ? ? ?

We needed to replace one of the phones on our Verizon plan with another one. It turned out to be a lot more complicated than I thought, but the man that helped us was so patient and helpful. It also took longer than we had anticipated, but he stayed after closing time to make sure the new phone was working right. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks a million.

We started having problems after we went here to get our phones on a business plan and they put us on TWO plans instead of one so we have been over paying for 3 months without even knowing it. After we tried to go back and fix it the employees had no idea what they were doing and while we were paying the bill to get our service back on they shut it off even more the employees were poorly trained and we have been trying to fix this problem for over 3 months and still are struggling with it.
