This place is ridiculous. I wanted to scan my I.D. To purchase tobacco products. Tried to say it was the law. It is not the law. This is the only store that tries to do this to me. I let them see my age. There is no need to scan my identification. There loss I didn't get gas there, and went down the road. Didn't have an issue at any other gas station in this town.

Elway (sorry not sure if I’m spelling that correctly) working at the Maverick went above and beyond in every fashion. Beyond friendly, took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Came to find out he was providing this level of service working the place by himself. Absolutely amazing!

Wanted two boxes of chicken strips, there was only one (old) one in the case. I was going to ask the girls at the grill if they could make more but neither would give me the time of day and instead preferred to talk to a woman whos order they had already given to her. I stood there waiting for 3 minutes before walking out.Get your gas and diesel at the one in Monticello up the road. It's 20 cents cheaper!

I am so sick of getting a "please see cashier" message when trying to use my card at the pump. Has happened at several Mavericks, but not other gas stations. I have a hunch it's intentional to get people to come inside and buy stuff. Not stopping at Maverick any more.

It's a gas station. It's a food court. With clean bathrooms (usually). This station is a welcome addition to the Blanding gas station universe. Plenty of pumps, plenty of room. I'd have to be pretty hungry to eat here, but many people do. There are more and more Mavericks appearing in the southwest. Given the alternatives, it's a good thing.

Stopped through for gas, snacks and breakfast. Later had lunch at their Bonfire Grill. Nice picnic tables outside to eat. Great coffee and other goods
