the gas station pump 5 overflowed and when pressed about how dangerous this was and what they could do to address it the attendant said they were aware of the issue, we weren’t the first people this has happened to, and it was our responsibility. when asked to speak to a manager the attendant said the gas station did not have one and when pressed to speak to the owner, they declined that information. the gas station did not take responsibility for operating faulty and malfunctioning pumps, which utah state law states they are required to repair and maintain. they allow people to use them, without warning that the pump doesn’t stop on its own (they claim there’s a sign but it isn’t clearly visible on the walls, windows, or on the pump itself), and they steal money from people. there are a number of solutions to prevent this from happening repeatedly but instead of addressing this, they allow the pumps to operate and claim the money. we reported this gas station and won’t be back.

I usually buy gas here when going to AZ to get my kids. Last time their gas was higher than surrounding areas. Today while planning my trip I called ahead to see what their gas prices were. They would not tell me over the phone how much their gas is. Needless to say, they can pack sand and I'll never stop there again.
