Customer service is great, and the unit is accessible and clean. I didn't realize I was on a promotional rate and when my rate went up I called them and was able to get a reduction.

Brent and Taryn were wonderful to work with. They were so kind and helpful and made the renting experience a fabulous one. They answered all our questions and addressed all of our concerns. They were always smiling and telling my husband and I that they can help us and would be happy to help in anyway at any time, while we store at the storage unit. I have had a unit here for over a year and had no issues. My rate was changed to more than double with taxes at the end of the contract and when I called up Brent, the GM , took great care of me and got my rate back down to a reasonable amount. I’ll be keeping my storage unit here!

The staff are very kind here and helpful. The units are great. I chose a unit that ended up being too small and it was an easy process choosing a larger one. Going month to month on Auto Pay is very convenient . Thanks

Overall I have had good experiences with Extra Space in Bluffdale. The facility is great and at least seems secure and clean. Taryn and Brent in the office have always been super helpful in navigating rent pricing and rate increases.
