We wanted to custom make a ring but found that to be challenging with some of the first few people we had reached out to.Once we contacted Jamestown, Angela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She had a really positive attitude about our request and even came up with a digital rendering for us, so we could feel confident in their ability to proceed with the request. We met Angela in person and she was so friendly and thorough in assisting us through the design process, including everything down to the most minor of details. Jim, the jeweler, did a fabulous job of creating the ring and they were able to accommodate a request in post-production that made the ring absolutely perfect. If you're in the market for any jewelry, not just an engagement ring, come visit Angela and you'll have a wonderful experience!”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Official Time Watch since 1997. I cannot overstate my complete satisfaction with their service. I send in three Rolex watches, two of mine and my wife's for service and repair. Leo, Rebecca, and his staff are extremely professional. Upon return, the watches run and look as if they just left the factor in Switzerland. I had a small chip on one of the stems of my Datejust. Leo was able to repair the chip with the original material that Rolex uses in their production. You absolutely cannot see the repair. “Took in an heirloom piece of my mom's to get repaired (it had had several repairs before in another state and was well-loved because it was worn every day) and they were realistic and honest about whether they could do the work. They said they'd look at it and if they couldn't repair it they wouldn't charge us. Not only were they able to repair it so well that you can barely see the break, they also spent time on the past repairs by a different jeweler that were messy and obvious. You can barely see any evidence of repair and it looks shiny and beautiful again. The price was very reasonable and my mom was beyond thrilled. I would highly recommend their repair services and I am also going to take advantage of their appraisal services and will update this review once I do so.”

“Fixed my designer watch for a little under $55 and was up front and honest about the cost (another shop in SLC I called told me $20, but I heard $10 by the lady in the back...).I ended up calling this shop and was impressed by the knowledge Tony had about my Burberry Swiss made watch just through our phone conversation!I look forward to bringing my watches and jewelry to him. He has my trust with his keen attention to detail. I recently dropped off my pearl necklace that I broke...he helped me understand what happened and how he will fix it.Expect to be given a fair price for excellent craftsmanship. It may seem on the higher end but honestly I would have paid more since 10 years ago when I bought the watch in Chicago and needed to replace the battery it cost me $50 as well....and the battery stopped working in under a year. Tony also provides a 1 year watch warranty if the battery stops working which I greatly appreciate him offering. “I ordered my now-husband’s wedding ring on this website and was so pleased with how simple, easy and stress-free the process was. I custom-made his ring and had it engraved. My only complaint is that the engraving was so small that you can barely read it. The ring itself is beautiful and came in a the mail in about 6 weeks. I also really loved that they sent ring sizers in the mail a week after the order was placed to be sure I had gotten the right size. I would recommend to anyone looking for a men’s wedding band.”
