“Went to get chicken feed. I usually only go and get what I need. But this time, since I had the time, I shopped around. I was amazed at the large variety of items for sale. Not all just farm stuff. Finally got to why I was there. Got the feed and went to pay. Staff was great. Friendly and helpful. From my greeting at the door, the smile of the cashier. And the young man helping me load my car. I would recommend people to shop here.”
“Stopped in while traveling thru SLC area to get flowers for family grave sites, including one that passed a month ago. Expected that it would be more costly for the convenience to get several small bunches of flowers right at the cemetery, but bought them anyway. Turns out the price was quite reasonable, the wait for them to prepare was brief, and the arraignments were nicer than we imagined.”
“I had the kindest man deliver my rock. With precision he avoided my driveways (Yes, I have two.) and the sidewalk (I am behind an elementary school so children flood my sidewalk.). So, a shout out to a man who takes the time to do a job well and make a customer very happy.”
“I love this place! We’ve purchased a lot of trees and flowers and mulch over the years. I was recently helped by Mitch and he went above and beyond to take care of us! This is the only place we go for all of our yard needs!”
“This nursery is amazing. The friendly and welcoming owners took time to talk to us about our project, make suggestions and even give us a mock layout of our trees and shrubs. Their knowledge about choosing the right plants for our situation and what we wanted was unparalleled and answered all of the questions we had. Many of the things we selected we were able to see fully grown in their own yard on site! Their prices are good, you're getting well cared for and grown plants that aren't going to die on you the next day. They gave us a complete watering schedule, and instructed on installing the proper irrigation, and also ensured us support after we put the plants in the ground. If you are looking for trees and shrubs anywhere else in Utah County, turn around and come out here. Couldn't be happier, and you'll be glad you met Dave and Karen, we certainly were.”
“We just love this little farm. It salsa and relish season and we make up what we didn't grow by coming here. Please take a minute and support this family farm. Very affordable.”
“The store is very ascetically pleasing and a really nice place to browse. I've never been offered help by anyone who works here though, which really stands out to me as I'm new to keeping plants and have looked VERY confused in the store multiple times. Other people I've chatted with have had the same experience.”
“We came here very often and bought most of our trees here (fruits, Japanese maple, juniper). Their staff has been friendly and helpful.
This spring has been a devastating season for me since earwigs destroyed all our vegetables. I started lots of them in March (they also ate all the ones we bought.) I stopped by West Side today and see how much their vegetable starts are. The woman generously offered them for free. It’s such a heart warming signal and allows me to have energy to start the garden again.”
“If you are looking for one shrub/tree or hundreds, ensure this is a place you shop. A huge selection that moves quickly, meaning the products are in better shape than most of the nursery’s in the valley. Selections include larger trees and shrubs than anywhere else except maybe Glover’s. Combine this with brilliant customer service and you’d be making a mistake buying elsewhere without considering Twin Pines.”
“Great quality sod options for all different landscaping options and designs. Customer service and sales team is top notch and is very helpful and easy to work with.”
“So many wonderful options! Working with Bonnie was amazing. She was very informative and easy to work with. Plant Jungle has many great options; we went with a modern pot and plant arrangement and couldn't be happier!”
“I know very little about sprinklers and the folks at the desk have been very helpful in selling me only what I need, even when they could sell me more. For instance, when I came in to replace a head they directed me to fixing the nozzle and sold me only the neccessary parts. They were also very helpful in providing parts and assistance to my stepdad and myself in replacing a stop and waste. They provide service that is rare to find.”
“I recently visited Home Depot to pick up a replacement set of mirror closet doors after unfortunately breaking one from my first delivery. I have to give a huge shoutout to Jack, an outstanding employee who went above and beyond to help me.
From the moment I arrived, Jack was incredibly helpful and made sure I didn't feel like a burden. He assisted me in getting the new set of closet doors into my car, which was no easy task given their size. When we realized it was a tight fit, Jack came up with the brilliant idea to open the packaging and remove some packing material. This creative solution allowed the doors to fit perfectly in my car.
I had never shopped at this Home Depot location before, but thanks to Jack and his exceptional customer service, I can confidently say they truly care about their customers. Jack's support and dedication made a potentially stressful situation so much easier for me. Thank you, Jack, for your outstanding help and for making my shopping experience such a positive one!”
“I had the pleasure of working with Manuel yesterday. I go into this location often, everyone is very kind. However, I was lucky enough to have Manuel assist me in obtaining a product that wasn’t on the floor and then he helped cut it to my exact dimensions. He was genuine and made my experience even better. I hope to see him again!”
“Never disappoints. Always has what I need. Most of the time when I actually need to talk to a salesman about something, or need an associate to cut some wood, or pipe, or chain, or a key, it takes forever to find someone.”
“Update: After I was able to contact the florist and explained what happened they sent a Stunning arrangement, twice as large. I received it exactly a week later and it is still alive! The customer service was great. They may have not done a great job on try 1 but they were willing to make up for it.
I received a gorgeous gift on Thursday and by Sunday they were dead. They didn’t even drink 1.5” of water total. I’m so sad because they were so beautiful for the first 48hrs. We buy flowers every few weeks from different vendors and have never had any die that fast.”
“Best Home Depot I’ve been to. Employees asked to help. It was clean and organized. They loaded my items in my truck without asking 5 times like AF. The employees were so helpful and friendly. Those things just don’t happen. It’s definitely a reflection of the management of this store.
I will be making the extra drive to come here. It was that much better.”
“I visited Home Depot today for just a couple of items and needed those wood cut down to size. Jerry gladly helped me get the items I needed cut. He did it like I was his own mom. I felt well taken care of. I asked the guy in the paint station for advice. he gladly gave me his time and expertise. I asked 3 other guys where stuff was. One called Jerry to help me cut my wood. Everyone was wonderful right up to the counter. A lovely lady with red hair was more than happy to help me. Thank you Home Depot for hiring people who serve you with a smile.”
“First of all I have never met a Home Depot I didn't like however the staff here at this location are exceptionally awesome. I had a plumbing type emergency and thirty minutes before closing time on a Sunday every employee I ran into was super nice and helpful. I have never had a bad experience! A big thank you to Stephannie, awesome customer service!”
“For the most part this is the best local Home Depot to sandy and always have what is needed in stock and their day time staff knows where things are. George at the pro desk is hands down probably the best Home Depot employee I have ever met. Trust me I’ve been in a lot of their stores. I myself am a general contractor.”
“I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph at Home Depot, and I can't thank him enough for his exceptional assistance. I initially called the store to inquire about cutting a piece of aluminum for my new closet door frame, only to learn that they could only cut wood pieces. This new information led me to seek help in purchasing a circular saw so I could do the work myself.
Joseph and his team stepped in and provided a master class on circular saws and the types of blades I would need for my project. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He even introduced me to a deal on Ryobi products that perfectly fit my business needs.
With my hands full of metal, Joseph didn't hesitate to help me carry my items, ensuring I had everything I needed. His support saved me a significant amount of time and frustration. After waiting 8 days for Home Depot install services with no installation date in sight, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Thanks to Joseph's expert guidance and support, I was able to confidently tackle the project myself.
Joseph's dedication to customer service and his willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. I am incredibly grateful for his help and highly recommend seeking him out if you need assistance at Home Depot.
This location is not my preferred location but I'm so glad I took the drive outside my neighborhood to get my supplies here.”
“Looking for carpet for my daughter's room. Found some that was in clearance and come to find out it was discontinued and was to be destroyed. So we rented a truck from them and took the whole row of carpet home. New carpet for the whole house. Thank you Lowes!!!”
“I like to buy things at this Home Depot at 345 W. 2100 S. It has a good garden section and a lot of the staff at the store are really helpful, so I give this HUGE store 5 Stars, too! I have read some other reviews. I agree, it CAN be hard to find an employee to answer a question, but I keep on and I always succeed. In contrast when I don't find something at the Home Depot on South Highland Dr, they say, "Well, Home Depot at 2100 South has it!" Some people prefer Lowe's on 300 West, SLC. It's easier to find staff to ask a question at Lowe's. The Lowe's staff are more conversational. The other reviews here show Home Depot can be a challenge. I add that the HomeDepot.com selection of washers & dryers is great. They offer many brands, various styles, sizes and price ranges. My old washer failed, so I ordered a front-loading washer at a low price. Home Depot had some nice washers so I ordered one. The delivery today came 25 minutes early. They emailed & phoned first. The delivery team installed it, removed the old washer, & showed me the new washer worked OK. All in 45 minutes, which was good! After they left I washed a load of dirty clothes. The new washer cleaned them, with no water leak! Great service, great product!See below: new Samsung Washer in basement, installed 12/8/2023.”
“I am always able to find what I need at Home Depot. Employees to help you sometimes is hard to find but when they help you, they always do it with pleasure. I normally get all my Spring plants from Home Depot as they carry Olson's Greenhouse and Proven Winners and their plant quality is excellent. Their return warranty is very good and I never have any problem. This store is located right by Bangeter Hwy and very accessible.”
“The best service from ANY JD dealer ----ive had machines serviced from coast to coast and these folks have mastered customer service and parts. From breaking down in the Appalachians to over-the-phone code diagnostics throughout gross Illinois.....they go above and beyond. Thank you Larry,Denise,Trevor & the whole crew @ Stotz”
