“The pricing here is better than Cal Ranch right down the road. I bought two rabbit bottles and they were sturdy and well made. They were around 7.49. At Cal Ranch they were 12 or 14 dollars and less quality plastic. The rabbit feed was also less. IFA offers a membership that has some benefits also that may be of interest to someone choosing between the two. I like this store and the staff was friendly just like in Spanish fork. I recommend either location. There are a LOT of items to choose from and appear high quality. Cheers!”

“We visited several nurseries on Saturday looking for Kindred Spirit oak trees this was our best experience. All the trees are very well taken care of and Marvin was great to talk with, super knowledgeable, friendly, and just easy to work with.

We ended up buying some sweet gum trees at first since they had 11 available, but after thinking about it over the weekend, we decided to switch to the Kindred Spirit oaks. When we called Monday morning, they couldn’t have been nicer. They refunded the sweet gums and helped us pay for the oaks right over the phone, even though they only had four in stock.

We’ll have to find the rest of our oaks somewhere else, but this is where we’ll be doing our nursery shopping as much as possible from here on out. Great place and great staff.”

“I fortunately found The Rose Shop many years ago. I recently need flowers for a funeral. I picked out an arrangement based on their online pictures. The flowers in person were absolutely stunning and so much prettier and fuller in person than the online photo. I received many comments from the family saying how beautiful they were. Thank you!!”

“Had a wonderful experience today Mountain View Nursery! They were obviously very knowledgeable and were very friendly while answering my many questions! I’ve been wanting to get fruit trees that I know would do well out here in Eagle mountain and visiting there nursery took out so much of the research for me. They were extremely helpful!! Save yourself time, effort, and money by purchasing your trees, shrubs, perennial flowers, native plants, soil, manure etc. they will help you find exactly what you need and set you up for success!
I was given a handout on how to plant trees properly (if done incorrectly they probably won’t make it) and told about the different kinds of free education classes they provide in, fruit tree pruning, sprinklers and drips lines!
I’m so excited to go to these classes and to go back for my next plant purchases!! Thank you!!!!! ?”

“My Globe Willow died that I bought at Clover nursery because I was not taught anything how to do it right so I decided to go to West Side Nursery to get a new Globe Willow. Here at West Side Nursery she taught me everything how to use the right dirt for my tree. She even gave a grandma that was in the line before me a small amount of dirt for free. I was so impressed with her kindness! I am so excited about my tree and I am confident it will live because I can ask for help and can get a replacement up to a year. Great service and beautiful forest of trees to choose from. I love them”

“As a Wedding Photographer and Videographer here in Utah, I'm absolutely obsessed with Cactus and Tropicals. The environment is so welcoming and the staff is so friendly and helpful for my brides.
If you are considering hosting a wedding here, there are so many reasons why you absolutely should from the perspective of a photographer. The lighting and ambiance is absolutely stunning for a more intimate wedding almost any time of year. The greenery is so diverse and beautiful you can get a ton of variety of locations all in one spot!

Lots of trees, shrubs, and plants but not many vegetables but the agents will direct you to the nearest nursery. And random, as a southerner from Louisiana, it’s pretty amazing to see mountains in the backdrop and low humidity. Hot but very tolerable.”

“I visited Home Depot today for just a couple of items and needed those wood cut down to size. Jerry gladly helped me get the items I needed cut. He did it like I was his own mom. I felt well taken care of. I asked the guy in the paint station for advice. he gladly gave me his time and expertise. I asked 3 other guys where stuff was. One called Jerry to help me cut my wood. Everyone was wonderful right up to the counter. A lovely lady with red hair was more than happy to help me. Thank you Home Depot for hiring people who serve you with a smile.”

“Big, big store of almost everything you need for home repair or remodel. It can be overwhelming, if like me, you have no clue about home repairs/home remodeling and or home building. It's hard to find someone to help, but when you do they seem to be knowledgeable. Many outdoor items a good selection of plants/flowers/trees/vegetables and fruit trees”

“I am always able to find what I need at Home Depot. Employees to help you sometimes is hard to find but when they help you, they always do it with pleasure. I normally get all my Spring plants from Home Depot as they carry Olson's Greenhouse and Proven Winners and their plant quality is excellent. Their return warranty is very good and I never have any problem. This store is located right by Bangeter Hwy and very accessible.”

“I recently visited Home Depot to pick up a replacement set of mirror closet doors after unfortunately breaking one from my first delivery. I have to give a huge shoutout to Jack, an outstanding employee who went above and beyond to help me.

From the moment I arrived, Jack was incredibly helpful and made sure I didn't feel like a burden. He assisted me in getting the new set of closet doors into my car, which was no easy task given their size. When we realized it was a tight fit, Jack came up with the brilliant idea to open the packaging and remove some packing material. This creative solution allowed the doors to fit perfectly in my car.

I had never shopped at this Home Depot location before, but thanks to Jack and his exceptional customer service, I can confidently say they truly care about their customers. “I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph at Home Depot, and I can't thank him enough for his exceptional assistance. I initially called the store to inquire about cutting a piece of aluminum for my new closet door frame, only to learn that they could only cut wood pieces. This new information led me to seek help in purchasing a circular saw so I could do the work myself.

Joseph and his team stepped in and provided a master class on circular saws and the types of blades I would need for my project. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He even introduced me to a deal on Ryobi products that perfectly fit my business needs.

With my hands full of metal, Joseph didn't hesitate to help me carry my items, ensuring I had everything I needed. His support saved me a significant amount of time and frustration. After waiting 8 days for Home Depot install services with no installation date in sight, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Thanks to Joseph's expert guidance and support, I was able to confidently tackle the project myself.

“I like to buy things at this Home Depot at 345 W. 2100 S. It has a good garden section and a lot of the staff at the store are really helpful, so I give this HUGE store 5 Stars, too! I have read some other reviews. I agree, it CAN be hard to find an employee to answer a question, but I keep on and I always succeed. In contrast when I don't find something at the Home Depot on South Highland Dr, they say, "Well, Home Depot at 2100 South has it!" Some people prefer Lowe's on 300 West, SLC. It's easier to find staff to ask a question at Lowe's. The Lowe's staff are more conversational. The other reviews here show Home Depot can be a challenge. I add that the HomeDepot.com selection of washers & dryers is great. They offer many brands, various styles, sizes and price ranges. My old washer failed, so I ordered a front-loading washer at a low price. Home Depot had some nice washers so I ordered one. The delivery today came 25 minutes early. They emailed & phoned first. The delivery team installed it, removed the old washer, & showed me the new washer worked OK. All in 45 minutes, which was good! After they left I washed a load of dirty clothes. The new washer cleaned them, with no water leak! Great service, great product!See below: new Samsung Washer in basement, installed 12/8/2023.”

“Update: After I was able to contact the florist and explained what happened they sent a Stunning arrangement, twice as large. I received it exactly a week later and it is still alive! The customer service was great. They may have not done a great job on try 1 but they were willing to make up for it.
I received a gorgeous gift on Thursday and by Sunday they were dead. They didn’t even drink 1.5” of water total. I’m so sad because they were so beautiful for the first 48hrs. We buy flowers every few weeks from different vendors and have never had any die that fast.”
