“I had an issue with my cat biting a capsule in two when trying to give him his medication because his vet was very busy and couldn't get a liquid form of the medication.Meds for Vets helped us out in a pinch, just before the end of their day, and even flavored it like tuna..This has been the easiest I've ever had it medicating my cat. 10000% worth the slightly higher cost. Thank you!”

“I stopped to purchase gas last night, 3/21 about 7:15. Wanted to use a Kroger Gift Card + my Smith’s points to optimize my transaction. I had no idea if that was possible, let alone the steps needed to accomplish this. The young man stationed there was extremely helpful, friendly & patient getting this old man successfully through the process. Restored my confidence that customer service is alive and well! Kudos to this gentleman, you’ve got a good one there.”

“Not bad I don’t deal with them a lot but the prices seem fair just wish they would mail cheaper this is the most expensive pharmacy I have dealt with that charges for shipping for ground or overnight. Never dared to ask questions about my medicine too they do come off busy. 4 out of 5 due to price of medicine.”

“First time I've been to this compounding pharmacy. My aesthetic location ordered a numbing ointment for an upcoming facial treatment I'm receiving. They were very nice and they offer delivery, the only qualmsis that they were to deliver it to the location and they had my number wrong, and it kinda threw a wretch in that I was supposed to have my treatment today. Not a huge deal, they were pleasant, the nice young lady was pleasant at the window. It's located across from Riverton Hospital, in the shopping center where Roxberry Juice is located. From the drive thru window you can see they sell a small selection of toys, which I thought was cute. The numbing ointment was $30, not sure what the price points for such things are but I pretty sure I want my face numb lol. Nice location, drive through and friendly staff. A win all around!”

“Jared is doing such a great job with these two beautiful smart girls! They open and close the phone calls so well each and every time I come to get a prescription. They always use clean language, they sanitize the pharmacy and have very clean hands. I’m going through a lot being on house arrest and it’s really important to take my medication and have a clean record. I come into grab my medicine and they don’t judge me badly or be mean to me with an ankle monitor. They are very loving and respectful to my mom who’s a registered nurse and my disabled dad.Thanks to judge James Brady for letting me be on the outside fighting to keep a clean record and be a productive member of society. My family doctor at premier family medical loves this place as well and they are so quick to get stuff done and communicate very well and professional. I used to use Walgreens because I thought it was convenient going somewhere with longer hours but after months where every prescription pickup required spending 40 minutes in a drive through line, and multiple where I then found out they were out of stock or couldn’t find my RX I couldn’t do it anymore. I switched to Rexall for my own sanity and I’m so glad I did. They are so nice and always willing to help make sure we have what we need even if the doctor is slow on the refills. I do agree with others that they should be wearing masks but I have used only the drive up window the past 6+ months so I have no direct contact with them anyway.”

“Even though this South Jordan location is a little further from me, I have been taking advantage of the online grocery order pickup they offer. What I like about them is the personal shopper communicates to you via text about anything that may be out if stock and if you'd like substitutions, if you'd like any add/ons or how you want your bananas which is really nice to get to relay specifics. They also start shopping for your order way ahead so you are able to pick up earlier should you choose. Although they may be a bit pricier than other stores, I believe their produce & meats are better quality.”

“I love this pharmacy! I had nothing but bad experiences with Walgreens in both Lehi and Saratoga springs. Their lines were always at least 10 people deep, and moved VERY slow. Also, the employees acted like I was putting them out when picking up prescriptions. I had enough, and transferred all of my prescriptions to Macy's, and couldn't be happier! They are always friendly and helpful, something I never experienced at Walgreens. There are hardly any lines when I go, and if there is even one person ahead of me in line, they always acknowledge me, and get my prescription all ready to go, so it is ready at the counter when I get to the register. Also, Walgreens always seemed to be out of some of my medications when trying to pick up a refill, and I would have to go several days without medication. I have never run into this at Macy's, with the exception of one popular generic prescription. It wasn't their fault, however, because the manufacturer was completely out, so their hands were tied in not being able to fulfill my refill. Luckily, my insurance paid for the name brand, and they had that in stock, so I was able to get my medication.My only complaint is they are closed on Sundays. I have a medication that I can only refill every 30 days, and not a day sooner. If this falls on a Sunday, I can't have my medication that day and have to wait until Monday. I also wish they had a drive-thru for more convenience. But, with all my positive experiences there, I am still very happy with their customer service and support. I hope they continue with their great service, because I will be a customer for life if they do. Thank you, Macy's!”
