I was having so many issues getting my medication filled properly + consistently at other compounding pharmacies in the area. A friend recommended transferring to Westlake instead.
The technicians picked up right away, were so helpful, and answered all of my questions quickly + knowledgeably. They gave me all the information I needed to transfer my prescription, an exact timeline of when they could finish my medication, AND offered $5 delivery right to my house! :)
Getting my medication had been an ongoing stressor for months. Westlake soothed all my anxiety just 2 minutes. Thank you!! :D

“Wow, don’t know what happened with Brandin Byers but these guys are the best! They are so knowledgeable and go out of their way to help people. The people on here upset about anything involving goodrx must not realize how it actually works. I learned from another phamacy that goodrx actually charges the pharmacy a fee and is more or less a scam. Keep up the good work guys- you’re amazing!”

“Always too busy, and after my last experience there I'm never getting the car wash again, despite the bargain price. But the gas is cheap, they keep it clean, and they move vehicles in and out efficiently.
Never been a huge fan of the Walton family, but I haven't been able to completely give up the quality and value of what they're offering. I have noticed that Sam's employees, everywhere I've shopped, look much more stressed/less happy than the folks working for their chief competitor, so I opt for spending my money at that other place when I can.”

“I go here all the time and it's one of my favorite stores. They can't be expected to carry everything that a superstore carries, but they have what I need.
The baked goods are outstanding and the soft serve ice cream is something you'll only find in a local store. I love that touch.”

“Today, Amery, at the Lehi Macey's- went Above & Beyond! Today has, so far, been the VERY BEST EXPERIENCE, IVE EVER HAD, AT A MACEY'S GROCERY STOP! I am a struggling, disabled single mother. I went to Macey's to pick up a birthday cake, for my youngest- of 5's birthday tomorrow. I'm an R.N., then- a sudden, unexpected 'freak accident', that occurred, after a violent, Agressive DV incident, & midst a Highly difficult, & devastating divorce, I found myself: instantly 'disabled', struggling financially, & needing to 'hold-up', the STABLE parent, of my 5 children.
Tomorrow, is my youngest daughter's birthday. So, I stopped in for a cake, couple of additional items, & balloons- for her birthday tomorrow.
Becoming, instantly, unexpectedly, & 'unfairly/unjustly' disabled, I have witnessed & experienced the horrible, acts of 'discrimation of a person(me) with a devastating, life altering disability.
But, today, Amery, really showed me sincere & appreciated kindness, & patience: Becoming theee VERY BEST MACEY'S EXPERIENCE, IN UTAH COUNTY! Please, look into giving her a much earned raise, or at least, a HHUGE vote for: 'Employee of The Month' recognition!??”

“I have had a great experience here. I used to use Walgreens because I thought it was convenient going somewhere with longer hours but after months where every prescription pickup required spending 40 minutes in a drive through line, and multiple where I then found out they were out of stock or couldn’t find my RX I couldn’t do it anymore. I switched to Rexall for my own sanity and I’m so glad I did. They are so nice and always willing to help make sure we have what we need even if the doctor is slow on the refills. I do agree with others that they should be wearing masks but I have used only the drive up window the past 6+ months so I have no direct contact with them anyway.”

“Edit: a discount wasn't given when physically at the club, got home and realized this. I called the club and the lady was very short and rude, she said I have to come in and maybe I could get a refund. But I had no way of doing so. After my review the club reached out after less than a day, through messaging the issue was resolved within half an hour. Very swift and exceeds expectations for customer service”

I spoke with Chris, who taught me the process to get my medication from them within the hour, instead of waiting 2 days to get it delivered to my neighborhood Harmons pharmacy. He followed up with a phone call to ensure I got what I needed and that our family was cared for. Amazing service. Amazing humans. Hopefully I’ll never need a compound pharmacy again, but if I do, I know who I’m calling.”

“Maybe the purchase experience depends on what you order from Overstock Drugstore. In my case, I ordered Knorr Shrimp Bouillon cubes, which I had trouble finding from other sources. Not the usual thing one gets from a drugstore, but I am happy with my experience. This was ordered through Walmart. The company included a contact card in case there was any problem, but I am quite satisfied. Fair price and good service. Thanks!”
