South Valley Compounding Pharmacy is known for its excellent, kind, and caring customer service, with a staff that is friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and willing to help. They go out of their way to make sure patients are taken care of. The pharmacy is extremely fast and expedient at getting prescriptions filled. A key service is their free delivery, offered at no extra charge, which patients greatly appreciate. They are recognized for being the only pharmacy in the valley that can get certain medications. The staff is noted for not arguing with customers or trying to play doctor. The location is across from Riverton Hospital in a shopping center, and it features a drive-thru window. While a minor delivery mix-up was mentioned, the overall experience is positive. Patients are so happy the pharmacy is back in their insurance network and express strong loyalty, stating they will continue to use them despite the location being out of the way.

Was not busy when we went, we went inside, as we had a prescription to drop off and others to pickup after a surgery. they where kind and fast. Great service

Been picking up special eyedrops several times over recent weeks. With one exception, they were ready when expected...and only waited about 5-10 minutes the other time. Always been helped by friendly staff.
