“We stayed at the main lodge rooms 11 and 12. Had mini fridge. Great north view of mountains and pond.

Room is pretty average. Needs updating. Have to walk to office for ice and soft drinks. Very inconvienient.

Should be an ice machine at every building.

Food is a problem. Only sit down restaurant is hells backbone kitchen and it is only open for dinner and is pricey. Closed tues and wed.

No sit down.place for a full breakfast in the area.

Just coffee and pastery places, and eggs are precooked or in burritos.

Yucky poo. Same with lunch. Small cafe is next door and a food truck is 5 minutes away.

Even escalante 30 miles away does not serve full sit down breakfasts other than burritos that i know of.

Definitely a problem for me that loves big breakfasts.”

“Older motel but clean and comfortable. The owner is super friendly and helpful with ideas for activities while staying there. Came down and stayed while teaching the local Fire Department. Great place to visit. Wish I'd had more time to see the sights. I'll definitely be back and stay longer.”
