Beware before buying at this dealership‼️Back in 2022 I purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry, when I bought it the title was supposedly a clean title, and I sold it this past week to someone out of state,
They go get it registered and are being told the vehicle is rebuilt restored, I called the DMV here in Utah and they explained to me that dealerships will buy cars outside of Utah as rebuilt restored and they “wash the title” and register them here as clean titles , then sell them , The Louisiana DMV was able to pull the history of my vehicle and this dealership bought my vehicle from copart in Texas brought it to Utah and sold it as a clean title, but they will never admit to any wrong doing, they know exactly what they are doing they are scamming people! Please safe yourself a headache and don’t spend your money here! And it is my fault for not doing my due diligence before doing the purchase, so I want to help others so this don’t happen to anyone else. And for the Dealership don’t even bother to upload your fake carfax papers like you did with other reviews!!!

The salespeople all assist the customer non-competitively and go into great depth to give all information on the vehicle. They have no problem letting you walk away to look at other vehicles since they are confident with the value and price they offer. Very fair and helpful staff and we are pleased with the vehicle we purchased. 👏

I have to give these guys 5 stars because I absolutely love the way the owner can straight up respond to his customers with straight facts. Most customers in this day and age exaggerate issues and use threats of a bad review to simply get what they want. Not enough customers out there are being told how ridiculous they are straight to their face and I respect that from the owner of this dealership. If you guys ever have a vehicle that I am looking for, I will definitely be there. Highly recommend you guys to anyone I know.

We bought a car from them in December of 24. They claimed it was a clear title and that it had no loss, even sent us a carfax on it that showed that to be true. Less then a year later we went to trade it in and no one would take it because the carfax now shows that it was a total loss and severe damage. The new report also showed that they had bought the car at auction and then sold it to us and it was disclosed to them at auction that it was a total loss.
We have had no damage in the car and the carfax shows now that it happened before we bought it. We do not buy salvage titles or branded or any car that has a history of damage and we made that clear when we contacted them, so for them to know it was a total loss and still sell it to us you can interpret that as you will. That’s the type of people you will do business with when you buy from AI Monroe.
As you can see from his response he is denying it but the carfax clearly shows that it was disclosed to the seller before our purchase of it that it was classified as a total loss. He failed to disclose that. How many other times has he done that? Or was it that he hurried and sold it to me under the guise of a clean report knowing that it would show up soon as being severely damaged and a total loss? Either way the carfax shows the dates and the dates don’t lie.

One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve yet to run across. Would not go back.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. They offered me a car, went through the paperwork with me, and then sold the same car to someone else. This is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of honesty and respect for customers. I wasted my time and felt misled. If you’re considering buying here, be cautious about their practices.

I’d recommend avoiding them based off my experience. Life lesson for me: bought a vehicle from them a year ago that is branded due to a mileage discrepancy. They told me that a mileage discrepancy brand would “fall off the title naturally after 7 years”. I was in a rush to get a new car due to a recent accident and didn’t do enough research. Turns out that a mileage discrepancy permanently brands the title so now resale is halved at best from what I paid/what it’s worth. They also advertised the vehicle as being so new “it still had the new car smell” which it did at the time. Within a few weeks, I started to notice the car smelled like pee making me believe they knew it had an odor and they masked it. I’ve yet to find the source of the smell after numerous attempts to deodorize/detail the interior. The AC also started failing within a month or two of buying it which cost me $2000 to repair.
They lied straight to my face at least once. That or the owner lied to his salesman I interacted with so they could sell with confidence. I would have never purchased from them in hindsight.

I submitted a lead to get some more information on a car they had on the lot. It’s pretty low priced compared to the rest for obvious reasons but I wanted to see some up close video and pictures of the car in better quality before I make the hour long drive up there. I didn’t get a response from them on my lead so I call in myself. I didn’t get a name but was asked how I could be helped. I told them I was inquiring on the car and I asked if they had any better pictures or videos of the car they would be willing to send over. The guy on the other end said No. the car was priced well enough that what I saw on the listing pictures is what I get and to expect it to be cosmetically imperfect. He had no interest in sending over anything else. I understand the car is imperfect but I wanted to know what I was getting myself into. I have sold cars at luxury dealerships before, it didn’t matter if my customer was spending $160,000 or $6,000, they all got what they asked for when it came to quality of service and I would expect that from a reputable car dealership. Reading the current reviews and the owners response to them is hilarious. I should have known this is the customer service experience I would get. Just wish they would go the extra mile as I am interested in the car they have on the lot. But not for this experience. I’ll spend twice as much as this car would have costed me for a better experience. You can’t put a price on peace of mind and service.
