this was the worst experiences i have had at a mechanic shop ever. they had my truck for a little over 3 weeks, and they kept playing the guessing game of what was wrong with my truck i spent more money on new things that didn't even fix it. there mechanic's don't know anything my truck is gps and it sat in there back parking lot more then it was worked on when i brought it up to them they said there mechanics are having a hard time they don't know anything about electrical work and we have someone from another store coming to look at it in 2 days. so you had my truck for 2 weeks and it took you that long to get someone who can do electrical work to even look at my truck. then they call me on a Friday and tell me what's wrong and that they will be done Tuesday so i tell them that's fine and if they would do my u joints as well they said yes but with parts probably wont get it tell Wednesday i said that's fine it is now Friday i got my truck and they still didn't even do my u joints. so overall i will not ever go back to them unless it is to do warranty work, and i will tell everyone that i know or asks away from this company. i call the owner and he told me he would try everything to help me out i had to complain multiple times and even ask for a discount instead of just giving me one. the owner is to busy running a different store to even make sure his bountiful store is running good. i think they could have done more for me knowing i spent more money on things that wasn't wrong with my truck and told me those things were bad. and out of all the reviews it seems that they only answer the good reviews and have nothing to say to the people who have problems with this company i could go on about other things but i wont if this was a corporate franchise they should be very disappointed in this location

I had transmission work done on my Toyota Rav4 recently at AAMCO, and had a very pleasant experience with them. They kept me updated every step of the way, and when everything was done, they advised me on how to keep my transmission and vehicle healthy. It has been about a month since my vehicle was repaired and I have not experienced any issues; my 10 year old vehicle performs as though it's new. I don't wish that you need transmission work on your vehicle, because it's expensive, but if it so happens that you need one, consider AAMCO. They worked with me to bring my original estimated cost of repair down by $1000. Tony, thank you. You were such a polite and pleasant person to work with.

Treated me very well. Tony was pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable on processes - I was comfortable with what he told me. He always told me something would take longer than it actually did, so I was always very relieved to have things happen faster than planned. I had to take the car back for something they forgot to tighten but they got me in quickly and back on the road.

I took my car, which had only 80000 miles on it, to get the transmission serviced because it started hiccuping while driving. They disassembled the transmission and discovered it needed to be replaced. We agreed on a price of $4,000 for the replacement.
Unfortunately, while they were servicing the transmission, the engine blew. The owner was very polite and worked with me to arrange for a replacement engine. It was disappointing that my low-mileage car, which had a full service history, required both an engine and a transmission replacement. Nevertheless, the car now runs better than ever and gets improved mileage. I appreciate how the shop handled the situation, especially since the engine failure occurred while the car was in their possession. It could have been much worse. However, I don’t think I will own another Hyundai.

Zaine, and the guys do an awesome job!
We’ve been very pleased having them work on our vehicles. Everything from some new rotors, to injectors on our diesel. There’s no job they can’t do.

Don't take it here. Did brakes ... shortly after my bareings went out & they sent me elsewhere ... the new mechanic who I normally take it to said they had to take it off ... but they won't take credit nor wanted to keep it under warranty. $700. & now I have to pay another $500 or more to fix their mistake. Oh ... they also messed with my emergency brake & that stopped working. Not good. Find a family owned mechanic.
