As a purist, when it comes to most things, I am very satisfied with the results of having two original starter motors overhauled in my '95 Chrysler New Yorker and '07 Buick Lucerne. Called in for a battery related to my internet. They surprisingly found one fast and reasonably priced. As I was leaving my car battery died. Unfortunate for me but luckily I was still there and they had a replacement on hand and did the installation in under 10 minutes.Very friendly and fair prices.

These guys literally saved me hundreds. Originally went to Toyota Bountiful. They charged me $696 to replace my alternator. I gave them all the parts too. That was just labor costs. Toyota put in the alternator that was dead on arrival. Toyota wanted to charge another $696. to diagnose and maybe fix it. Nope, I went to Action instead. Action was $320 with the fixed regulator($60) part installed that was bad. They were efficient. I also give props to any company that doesn't do business on Saturday. That means they treat their employees right. Which in most cases means they take care of the customers.

I could not figure out why my battery kept dying. For months I had to jump start my battery at least once a week. I couldn’t fix it myself and kept going back to two different shops (I don’t want to mention the names) for help and they couldn’t figure out what was going on because it was so sporadic. I was frustrated and finally tried Action Alternator. They had the issue diagnosed and the repair completed by the next day. I will be back and would recommend this place to anyone!Service: Battery

Dropped my truck off overnight with what I thought was a battery draw issue. John called me the next day and said he couldn't find any signs of a parasitic draw but charged my batteries and cleaned terminals. He talked to me for quite a while and I explained the symptoms and he told me what to watch for in the future. He charged me a very fair price for his work. When i picked up the truck it started like it never has and all the symptoms were gone. Been dealing with this issue for years. It has been a couple weeks now and all is still good. I called John back (and again talked for quite a while) to see what he thought and it likely reset the computer. Whatever it was I am glad for the help. Will definitely be back.Services: Electrical

Called for parts pricing gave him same info as i did a few other places but it wasnt enough he wanted me to bring it in before giving me a price. Annoyed me. It was easy for all the other places.

These guys can fix the things others can't. If you've got an electrical problem on a vehicle, this is the place to take it. Fast and not expensive. He even provided me options to safe money instead of just doing what makes him more money.
