Shelf price tags are often inconsistent making it very misleading. Even after careful review of the placement of clearance tags they still are wrong when I get to the register. Sale Prices should be honored when a full set of product is in a clearly marked clearance section. As silly as it may be I won’t go back to this store anymore. It’s a waste of time to select products based on price when tags are incorrect.

Ally/allison has the worst attitude and customer service, this was my first time in the store and my wife’s first time and she definitely ruined it !! Keauna was amazing and helped us pick out stuff and even took over the register for ally cause she was so annoyed and flustered helping us I don’t know if it’s cause we bought a lot of stuff or what, please address this we will spend thousands here and just want good customer service.

I had seen this store a few times before actually going in and was taken back by how HUGE it is and the variety of items they have in stock. They have absolutely everything you could need for home decor. They also have lots of sales going on and you can find just about anything at a discounted price. This store is HUGE inside and has absolutely everything.. furniture, home decor, bathroom supplies, home storage, bedding, and more.

Was going to purchase 2 velvet bar stools. Only 2 left, both in boxes. One box price was 50% off other box sticker missing. Nothing wrong with either box. Manager would not honor unstickered box at clearance price because box was missing discount sticker. He was very rude and embarrassing in front of other customers. Both chairs were identical in type and color. He refused to go back and look at the items where they were located in store. I recently bought several large items from them. I will NEVER return to store again!
