Caelyn was awesome! After being in the phone for 3 hrs with ATT and still not getting issue resolved, came in to store and she had it resolved in 15 minutes. Very pleasant to work with and a smile on her face and a great attitude. Should have come

Daniel lied to my face. We set up a new customer account with ten phones. Daniel went over all the details with us and gave us a price quote (minus tax). Then he tells us to not look at the bill for three months because our credits and fees will be in flux. Of course we look and he was right, they were different each month. Month 4 and 5 our bill was several hundred dollars higher than he quoted. That’s a lot of “tax”! Looking into it we found an extra $50 fee attached to one phone for insurance and various fees attached to every single line that we specifically discussed and declined! How does that happen? How does he get to add fees and extra insurance to our account when we declined? We feel so cheated.

I came into this store and asked for help making sense of my account and what I am paying for. The two ladies looked annoyed that I even walked in. They proceeded to to not help me with anything. What's even the point of having this store?

Kirstin has an odd name to pronounce but we joked about it later! She is always willing to help out and go above and beyond her service, I had a broken phone issue and some of the functions weren't working and she was able to get it fixed. Super thankful to have her around. The manager there was a bit out of bounds and talking VERY politically and disregarding opinions of any sort. Luckily he's not there anymore as he made me and probably others very upset. Overall, great store and great service specifically from Kirstin
