If you don’t mind being treated like an inconvenience for getting poor workmanship done, then go here. Broke a tire iron trying to take off a tire they put on. Was told it was to spec. I told them to check them all because obviously they were not. They had trouble breaking free two lug nuts on two different tires with their impact wrench. The tech didn’t answer me when said” A little tight aren’t they?”When they tightened them in front of me with a torque wrench to confirm the correct spec, the tech just walked away from me with no apology…won’t go back for tires in the future.

I made an appointment for 10:00 AM. They couldn't find the keys for my car when I went to ask how much longer. It took them forever to find the keys and then it took them until 10:45 to actually start on the car. I wouldn't recommend them. I have been to other Big O Tires that were exceptional. This is not one of them.

I’ve been to this place multiple times because my tire pressure light kept coming on, and every single time they just threw some air in and sent me on my way. No real inspection, no actual repair, nothing. If I wanted to just add air, I could’ve done that myself for free. Terrible service and a complete waste of time clearly they don’t care about fixing the actual problem. Don’t bother coming here.

Stopped in for a tire quote and the advisor seemed completely clueless on what an all weather tire was. In addition they only had 2 options available that were all weather (that he found on the computer).

Thank you, Tyler, for being such a big help from the beginning of my service through the end. This was my first purchase and service through Big O, and it surely will not be the last. I am officially a Big O girlie. It was a great experience, and I got everything I needed done in such a small amount of time.

I scheduled an appointment and was quoted by Jose Cazarez that the alignment would take 15-20. My car was not seen until over an hour after my scheduled appointment. Then Jose Cazarez tried some predatory sales tactics on my wife trying to overcharge for the alignment. We had to fight for the typical going price for alignments.
I strongly advise avoiding this store due to the predatory nature of the staff also due to how slow the shop takes to perform the work.
What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if the car will not be seen until 90 min after?
Do better Big O Tires Bountiful.
I have had good experiences at other Big O Tires locations, but Jose Carazez's predatory sales tactics are dishonest.

I’ve been going here for decades, since it was Triangle Tire! We’ve purchased all of our vehicle tires from here and always have great, friendly service. Today, they repaired my 16 y/o son’s tire after he drove over a nail. They fixed it for free and we were in and out super fast! Thank you guys!

I had a flat tire and stopped in feeling totally stressed, but Jose went above and beyond to take care of me. He was super kind, professional, and made sure everything was handled quickly. What really stood out is that he didn’t just fix the issue—he made sure I had a ride home while they worked on my car. That level of care isn’t something you find everywhere. Thank you, Jose, for turning a rough day into a smooth experience. Highly recommend!

Crooks. They just called my wife and tried to say she didn't buy a tire warranty when in fact she had. They looked it up 2 different times and we showed them the paperwork. They finally agreed but it required several phone calls and several attempts by them to try to tell us that we denied the warranty plan. Wish we had purchased tires elsewhere.

Mike was gracious when helping me with my car issue. While I was waiting for the service to be completed, I observed and heard him assist several clients in person and on the phone. Mike treated each customer with respect and clear communication. I was impressed and very happy to see excellent customer service delivered consistently!

I love Big O in Bountiful! I have been going to Burt Bros. for years, but it seemed more and more they kept ripping us off. I switched to Big O and have always been treated with kindness and respect. Today I took my car in to Burt Bros again purely out of convenience and lack of time. They took one look at my tire out in the parking lot and told us we needed a new tire. I wasn't having that. With so little effort on their part they tried to tell us we needed a new tire. Super lame. We took it to Big O, I told Junior what the issue was and that we'd been to Burt Bros. and what they told me. He had his guys take it into the shop, take the tire off and told us they could fix it! Junior is amazing and everyone I've dealt with are amazing as well!

I used to use Big O all the time for oil changes, tires, etc and then, something happened and it kind of went downhill. BUT in the last few months, I've had a few tires that needed to be repaired last minute for planned trips (most recently today, 7/3). Today, I worked with Mike, Jose, and Frank. I was greeted immediately upon entering. They were able to get the truck back and the tire repaired within 30 minutes (the day before a major holiday, too). They've won my business back!
