I went in for a haircut with a new stylist and got the worst haircut I’ve ever had. (The pictures don’t do it justice) I went from mid-length hair to a long bob. I asked for a slight a-line with no layers, but she actually cut it longer in the back, completely uneven, with chunks of hair 1/2 inch longer than the rest of my hair.
I couldn’t tell that it was a bad cut when I left the salon because the stylist curled my hair. Then when I first washed my hair I was pretty disappointed/frustrated. Then I straightened it for the first time, and I saw it was even worse than I had realized. I FaceTimed my friend and cousin who do hair and their jaws dropped that I was allowed to leave the salon how I did. Like it’s very obviously poorly done - not just a matter of preference.
I emailed the salon and also called and left a voicemail, and I still haven’t heard back 6 days later. (The voicemail message says they’ll return calls within 48 hours)
I had previously been a client at Blondies for a few years for Balayage and trims, until I ended up following one of their hairstylists to her own independent salon. My previous experiences at Blondies were totally fine - so I was pretty disappointed in the bad haircut and then even more disappointment with the lack of communication from anyone after.

The Postpartum Hair Miracle
I was deep in the trenches of postpartum life—exhausted, overwhelmed, and sporting a hairstyle that hadn’t seen love (or a brush) in far too long. Enter Katie wielding her scissors like a true artist.
With just a few expert snips, she didn’t just give me a haircut—she brought me back to life. My red hair suddenly had shape, movement, and a little extra sass, just like I needed. She took me from “frazzled new mom” to “functional human being” in record time, and I walked away feeling like myself again (but with a cute new cut and still a little bit of baby spit-up).

I’ve been going to Blondies for 3 years and I love it! I’ve had multiple stylists (Katie & Cam) & they’ve all been amazing. Couldn’t count how many times I’ve changed my hair (highlights, global platinum blonde, honey blonde, cowboy copper, brunette, added extensions, etc) but, they kill it every time

Capree is SO talented. Her work is clean, thorough, and organized. You can tell she sincerely cares about keeping your hair at its healthiest. At one point while drying my hair, I asked if I could make the roots and ends a bit cooler. I can’t express how kind and willing she was to do the extra work so I’d leave happy. Blondies is lucky to have Capree because she’s turned this hair DIY queen into a loyal customer.

Unfortunate outcome. Asked for a change in hair color to add dimension to my blonde. When I got home, Noticed my hair was green. Contacted the salon. I was told to buy purple shampoo to fix it. Googled my green hair. It sounds like my hair needed a toner with the one color change to brown. Not much dimension, when everything was done. A lot of money spent, and I still had to track down where to buy purple shampoo and fix it myself.
