It has been so hard to get my prescriptions for the last year. The pharmacy will say they don’t have my script even though it has been sent by my doctor and I verified it several times
Maybe I wouldn’t mind dealing with this hassle so much if Leslie, the technician, wasn’t rude.

It’s been a hassle to get our prescription. Customer service hasn’t been very kind even though our prescription keeps being delayed. They don’t really attempt to reach out if there’s an issue.

This pharmacy used to be so great, but they are so disappointing now, so I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere. Most of the people that work there are young kids and they need lessons in customer service. When I have a question and a tech helps me they seem like they aren't quite sure if what they are telling me is correct. Today I asked for a prescription that I need prior to a vacation and they are telling me that they need 3 business days, which would be Wed/Thurs/Fri. I need to pick it up Saturday, but they are saying 3 business days means Monday. I checked with other pharmacies and they say they can do it by Thursday. I know they have the means to work with me, but they just won't. I won't be going to back to this pharmacy again. Awful.

First, I want to make it clear that I've never been asked to review Bountiful Drug on Google.I'm three years into an incurable, aggressive and terminal cancer diagnosis with lots of side-effects requiring a diverse medication regimen. I chose Bountiful Drug to be my main Rx supplier due to their proximity to my home.They've been impeccable in their service, in their quality of care and in their cooperation with insurance, but mostly in their interpersonally warm approach every time I enter their store.Lisa, one of their PHARMDs, has been consistent and patient in answering questions, suggesting alternatives where appropriate and just genuinely giving a damn about how I'm feeling.

Go anywhere else but here. This place is unbelievably bad. They are rude. They are an unorganized joke. Save yourself the headache there are plenty of other pharmacies!!!

The woman that says she is the "owner" was really rude to customer in front of me. It was really sad because he was just older guy that had questions. I will be moving my prescription to another pharmacy
