BEWARE!!! Save your time and your money and go to another cleaners. Not only does this company not complete their cleaning projects well. They have absolutely awful customer service. I took my wedding dress to them to be cleaned, and the girl who took the dress assured me they would be able to get the mild dirt out of the bottom of my dress that had been sitting on it for less than a week. She told me the cost would be $200 which is a bit pricey but I was happy to pay it knowing that they would be able to get it cleaned.
After three attempts to clean the dress, they still weren’t able to get the dirt out of the dress. I was sick about paying $200 for a dress that almost looked the same as when I brought it in. I asked if they could meet me in the middle on price or something—- they didn’t budge and had no accountability. After talking to her manager & owner Bryce, he shunned me for believing that his “16 year-old high school girl who works at his business Would tell me the truth.” He said she shouldn’t have said that, and they never promise anything on Cleaning. He left it at that and refused to apologize, accept any responsibility, or meet me halfway on anything

I took some slacks in that needed hemming. Bryce explained that his seamstress was out of town but returning Wednesday. I needed the slacks on Thursday. He promised me that he would get them done in time for me to pick them up Wednesday afternoon for a little extra. I picked them up without any issues. Great service😃

brought clothes here several times. in cheaper clothes they are great, but I recently brought in a silk dress. they tried to remove stains but ended up causing the coloring to bleed, and some of the fabric to shrink so the dress isn't very comfortable anymore.
I didn't expect the old dress to look super new or most of the light stains to disappear, but I was sad their treatment of the delicate fabric as it's almost unbwearable now.
I would recommend them for synthetic clothes, but take your more delicate garmets elsewhere.

They saved it! I had a suit jacket covered in bright blue gum. I thought it was unrecoverable, but they pulled off a miracle and now it looks as good as new. Good service, reasonable prices, very professional. Highly recommend.

I have been using Bountiful Family Cleaners for years. Growing up in Bountiful, I remember coming there with my mother when I was younger. I now live in Syracuse and drive to Bountiful for my dry cleaning. I've always had a great experience with them. I recently needed my father-in-laws suit coat cleaned for a funeral. Bryce and his staff were able to get it done by the deadline, which was much faster than their normal turn around time.
I highly recommend Bountiful Family Cleaners.

This is the best place to get dry cleaning. I have brought my suits here for years and every time they are cleaned well and timely. They also do alterations and repairs. I usually walk in but will sometimes use the drive thru.

All the staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable and they took care of the stains I had the first time. Other dry cleaners have not done so unfortunately.

BFC pressed the American Flag that was draped across the casket of our deceased family member, a WW II veteran.
