I'm not usually who they catter to, I'm young and single, but they helped me out tremendously. They are judgement free and have really great food options. The money is stretching further with their help!

Way Too Much info needed it's ridiculous, i was going through a very hard time and thought on getting a lil help for my kiddos it was my first time ever asking for that help but sadly i was asked for 3 different type of proof of income when i clearly told them i was working cash jobs, took a letter from the lady i clean for, i took bank account info, and w2 but that didn't work i guess because they still needed something else ?♀️ . I gave up.

The only bad thing I have to say about this place you have to wait in a line no matter what time you go. I wish this place stay open till 5pm like normal business hours. The times are to sort

This place has great people and probably the best food and selection in Utah. Only problem is it has kinda become ruined by non-resident aliens (from one specific country ??). Even when you show up early there is a chance you'll get turned away. Love ya BFP it's becoming a cluster over there.

They choose your food and bring it to your car now they call it curb service but I liked it better when people could go through and pick out the food according to their needs

They could use more donations I think because the stuff here doesn't match up ,you might get some milk but no cereal,or you'll get noodles with dog food. Strange but helpful needless to say. But at the same time it didn't really get used until I went and got stuff to go with the things they gave me.

My aunt signed my family up for sub for Santa this year. I received a text from a worker saying she needed different things for proofs. Ok no problem, I sent them what was asked. Then they kept saying they needed all these other things before we could match with a family to help us. I sent everything I could, then once again I get another message requesting more things. This time I was told if everything wasn't turned in by noon then my family couldn't get sub for Santa help. So of course now it's too late to get any help from anywhere else. I don't know what to do because we don't get any help at all with Christmas now. When this could have been prevented if they would have told me in the first place EVERYTHING I need to turn into them. But instead they drug it out for a damn week each time saying they needed a new proof and that I haven't given them everything they need.
