Dr. Ashley Kernan is the BEST doctor! She's very understanding and listens to my concerns. She takes time with me to help me understand my health issues. She is quick to email me back if I have a question. I really appreciate that! The family medicine clinic is amazing! I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive for my appointment. Alexis, the medical nurse, is the greatest and so helpful! Carlee, the receptionist is fantastic! I highly recommend this office! I am so grateful for the care I receive!

It's been 2 1/2 months since our blood was drawn, and my wife and I still don't have the lab results! The doctor's office said they have called the lab requesting the results and still don't have the results. When I called, the lab didn't give any explanation other than the fax machine must not have worked. We still don't have the results yet.

I had to take my daughter to the Bountiful Instacare because the back of her earring was stuck inside of her ear. When we arrived there was only 1 person in line in front of us to be checked in and nobody in the waiting room. There were 2 front desk ladies checking people in. Both of them were available but neither one of them even looked up or said anything to let us know they were aware of our existence. It took 22 minutes until one of them finally checked in the person in front us. We were next to be checked in. 1 front desk woman was checking in the person that was in front of us that had a mountain of paper work she needed to fill out but was not asked to sit down to fill it out and bring it back up once she was done. The other front desk woman was available to check us in however she proceeded to ignore us. We continued to stand in line waiting to be called up for an additional 27 minutes. The front desk lady never once acknowledged us or said "I will be with you in just a moment". I had my 2 daughters both under the age of 5 that were bored and no longer accepting my answer of it will just be another minute and then it will be our turn. I finally asked the woman that was ignoring us if she was working. She responded in an irritated voice that yes she is working and she could help us now but acted put out the entire time. It was a total of 49 minutes just to get us checked in and it was not busy. Nobody else was in the waiting room!! Totally infuriating!!! Once we were checked in we had to wait another 23 minutes until our name was called. Once in the room the nurse got all of our information and then said the doctor will be right in. 24 minutes later he came in to see what needed to be done and said that the nurse will be right in to put some numbing cream on my daughters ear. 18 minutes later she came in with a person she was training. It literally took them 15 minutes just to scan the cream they were using Into the computer and apply to my daughters ear. The nurse said we had to wait for the cream to numb the ear for 10 minutes and then the doctor would be right back to finish up. After 27 minutes went by I finally opened the door to the nursing station to ask if they forgot about us only to find the doctor sitting at a desk surfing the web. He got right up looking embarrassed and apologized and came straight to our room. The procedure took less than 5 minutes. We spent a little over 2 and a half hours waiting to have a 5 minute procedure done. The staff and doctors there have no regard for people's time. And absolutely no care or concern how stressful it can be to keep 2 young children entertained and quiet for that amount of time. Every person we had to interact with except for the nurse was unprofessional and not friendly at all. Especially the front desk women who were just flat out rude! Unfortunately I have had to bring my girls to this same Instacare several times in the past years and almost every time we have had the same experience with the ridiculous amount of wait time. And the most infuriating part is they were not busy any of those times so there is no excuse for the horrendous wait. Because of the way we were treated during this recent visit that was my last straw! I will never use the Bountiful Intermountain Instacare again!

Well over an hour wait for a drug test. It was not busy at all and there was one person before me. I have worked in health care for years and had to monitor people for drugs tests Before. I know it should not take this long. very very slow. make sure to clear your entire schedule and bring something to do for the long and slow wait. or see if you can go to a different place. not worth the wait

Very poor service. They made me and my wife wait 3 hrs in the car with our 2 kids both under 2 to get tested for COVID. We called them to get updated on what was going on and was told we were 'next' But as we waited to be called in we watched them call several others in. it was very unprofessional and disappointing.

Went to get some blood drawn at the lab. My phlebotomist was karissa she was very nice to me and made me feel welcome in the lab. I could tell she really likes what she does. Blood drawn was painless. I’ll keep coming to this lab.

It would be helpful to change their recording to reflect when they will be closed during normal hours. A Utah holiday happened to fall on Saturday this year and was celebrated on the Friday before. I knew there was a good chance that they hours might be different so I made several calls and just got their normal recording so I went both days hoping that they wouldn't be closed both days. I was wrong. It would seem a courteous thing to somehow let the public know.

I visited the Bountiful location Friday evening just before close for an injury to my thigh. After a quick exam I was told it was a Hematoma and to R.I.C.E. My wife spoke with a very good friend whom happens to be a Dr and told her of our experience. She was flabbergasted that they did not take an X-Ray and strongly suggested we go back the next day to get a base line, confirming there was no damage (stress fracture) to bone. We went back and initially the receptionist and the nurse were great, Dr. Sean McNamara came in and from the onset had an attitude. I've never been spoken down to by a doctor like that in my 60 years. He was rude to me, and my wife, very condescending. We were not looking for pills or anything, just to get the X-Ray, but was treated like we were, and berated. He did eventually order the X-Ray (The technician was very professional and nice) She advised us the doctor would review and be back to us. I let her know that no... we would not wait around to be spoken down to again, that he was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever visited, and we would get results form PCP. To his defense, he did attempt to call me later that morning. I would not, will not take his call. I have been advised I need to write a formal complaint letter to IHC.

they don't offer medical cannabis at this clinic. I suffer from PTSD and all they want to do is keep shoving pills down our throats. time for a change Utah! I had to get a new doctor that actually understands the endocannabinoid system. you're hurting patients and missing out on science that truly heals. I'm off all pills now and it's thanks to cannabis. please help your patients with a harm reduction strategy. I really liked physicians through your clinic I just feel you're missing the boat and some very important topics especially that Utah voters have put into law

the doctor was a Quack. asking me what I do to feel better about my asthma and says that a nebulizer treatment which is better than my inhaler would be pointless to use. I wont be going back again what an upside down place where I patient who doesnt know what to do medically gets "what has helped before? well go do that"

I was seen at 1230pm on dec 05 and it's not 2pm dec 05 and I still havent gotten word about the perscription that she filled for me to go get. why does it take more than and hour almost 2 hours now to get this done!?
