Had a pleasant experience here buying a used CX-5. We first stopped by to look at it and found that it was having trouble starting and the rear, automatic hatch was not working. The salesman, Tim, and I concluded it probably needed a new battery. We called back to test drive and "talk numbers" and Tim said he had already had the shop put a new battery in it and it would be ready for us. I like that he was proactive. Both times we looked at it, it was detailed well and not dirty. I feel like some dealerships half-detail it and cars aren't as clean as they could be. Price was good and they were willing to work with us a little to get where we needed to be. Tim was relaxed and didn't apply any pressure for us to buy. He felt like more like our advocate during the buying process trying to get finance to agree to the price we felt was appropriate and worked for us. The first pass on the numbers included a "reconditioning fee" of almost $700, which should absolutely be included in the price and not a fee that shows up during the negotiation process, but they were willing to wave that once we told them the price we needed out the door to make a deal.We were in and out in about an hour and a half, which is not that bad. I have been at dealerships much longer and it's not fun. We had our 3 kids with us, so we just wanted to sign what we needed to and get out. Overall, pretty happy and would buy a car from them again.

bought my brand new car from Syrraj yesterday. he was behind helpful in helping me with my purchase. he spoke to me on the phone many times, and went above and beyond for us. I am extremely satisfied with my first brand new car and highly encourage anyone to go see Syrraj at bountiful Mazda

We bought a car here a few years ago and we have loved this dealership. We never take our car anywhere else. We love it so much we've decided to rename all our children and pets after the people who work here.

I would not use again for detailing.They were very pleasant but had to ask twice to do a better job on the detailing. They complied, but I have done a better job cleaning my cars. First time I'd had a car detailed but it was more of a good vacuum job. Compartments were not cleaned, and back windows weren't washed inside. Online cost was less than we were quoted when we went in, and when we asked for a discount for having to be done three times, they brought the price down to the online price.

Nice looking building. Staff is a revolving door. They are a dealership and not your friend. They are there to make money not give you a deal. And they wont honor any money they owe you but have their hand out for payment. Its a blind operation. However, the attitude is less pushy than the others in SLC, Ogden, Draper etc but they are also not working to be competitive, nothing about this place really stands out. Curious why they cant hold onto their salesmen.

Love my new CX9 that I purchased during the summer. I have supported Mazda for the last 4-5 years and have loved every vehicle. Highly recommend especially over any Nissan. Glad I made the switch and went with a company that values their customers.

Be careful. They were willing to let a used car roll out the door with an oil leak that their own mechanics couldn't figure out. Could be a several thousand $$ surprise waiting for you. I get it's a used car but to willingly let it walk out the door like that is not ok.

Had an appointment at their invitation for a free oil change for educators. They called the morning of to confirm my appointment. Arrange a substitute and take morning off to get this done. Get there (literally within 15 minutes of them confirming the appointment) only to be told they decided to discontinue the service and educators no longer get the free oil change. They invited me to still do the oil change at full price. Bait and switch! EDIT: they called me back and ended up doing the oil change at a later date. They apologized for the mistake in booking and did the oil change for free. I updated my review and changed the stars from 1 to 4.

My wife and I bought a Mazda 3 from here last year. I've worked with a lot of dealerships in the past and this overall is by far the best dealership I've worked with. Sales people we worked with never fudged any numbers, and were honest through the whole process. Service: Their Service department is so awesome that my wife and I are almost guaranteed to get our next vehicle from this dealership. They actually went out of their way to save me money when I got a nail in my tire instead of trying to increase their revenue by charging me for a brand new one. They definitely earned my business and I plan to get a CX5 from them in the near future, and I can honestly say their Service department secured them as my favorite dealership. Overall, I've never been made uncomfortable at all by anyone here. No high-pressure salespeople, and they're all exceedingly respectful. The place is kept really clean, and their staff all seem to be genuinely friendly and professional. I'd be hard-pressed to find a criticism about this dealership.
