This is not a gripe against the people who work there. They seem nice enough, but you will be severely low balled if you bring in any sort of novelty games and or gaming memorabilia.

Super nice guys but they sold me a silver bar and told me there was 35 ounces in the bar but it ended up being only 31 (because of the Troy ounces).I tried to take it back and he said no takesies backsies even under false pretenses. The reason I say it’s false pretenses is because he’s the one selling it so he should know the details. If not then don’t say you know to get a sale. Lesson learned.

This place is garbage. This place is garbage to be honest they try to con you into taking your money the owner there isn’t worth it. I lost less than 30 bucks, but it was a principle of the fact that when they did the layaway, they never mention to me about not being able to cancel it, where is the integrity in businesses were they’re able to explain everything before they sell it to you. This business doesn’t have it the owner and the other employee are honestly con, artist, and extremely rude. I don’t recommend this place to no one.

One star is too much.y brother Put a deposit on an item at a set price, they raised the price almost double and then refused to refund the deposit. Don't go here.

If I could, I would leave negative stars! This j*** treated me like I was dirt on BOUNTIFUL PAWN disgusting floor. I've been going there for years and had no problems until "this rude j**** opened his mouth. He also had no clue what my iPad was worth and refused to get off his personal phone call to ask someone (the owner) of what it was worth. They lost a lot of business and a lot of revenue! FIRE THIS JACK@$$!!
