One of our company's fleet vehicles needed a quick emissions test. You would think knowing this is a company vehicle, point s would want to show amazing customer service so we bring back all our other vehicles to this location for service. Well I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes, just to have my vehicle not move, but left sitting there in the parking lot. So, I left and took our vehicle to another shop nearby, where I felt like a priority. That shop did the emission test in 10 minutes. Thank you Burt Brothers

These guys are the definition of a real life scamming shop you read and hear about. I went in to swap out a rim that I had bent on my car they said they couldn’t do it because the tires were “old” they said the only way they could help is if I bought new tires from them. What they don’t know is I had just gotten them 3 months ago and their mechanic even said the tread was good enough. Went to Big O Tires and they helped me out right away. Don’t go here especially if you are not mechanically inclined.

They've worked on our '05 Jeep Grand Cherokee, '05 Acura TL, '09 Subaru Outback Sport, '15 Chevy Impala, '05 Prius... We like going to them - they're good to work with. They're quick, honest, communicate well, and they've gone the extra mile, above and beyond.

As an enthusiast, who performs most of my own maintenance, I am very particular about who I trust to provide tire service, diagnostic input and alignment support. While currently in the process of chasing down a suspension issue on my 'new to me' daily driver, I was referred to Casey, the owner/operator of Point S Woods Cross. Casey's long time manager Chris offered to perform a complimentary road test of my '07 Buick Lucerne. I like, and have always liked big American sedans.
I come from a retail service background. As a business owner, I really appreciate quality behavior and practices. I will absolutely be bringing my Buick back for its alignment, once I've reconciled its current pulling issue, due to worn steering and suspension components. I know them to be fair, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I'm 46, a perfectionist, and a maintenance buff. Very few people ever touch my vehicles. These guys are on a very short list.

Showed up in the morning and needed one tire repair. Unfortunately the tire couldn’t be repaired due to damage to the inside of the tire. They were honest about that, which is appreciated. I just told them to put a new one on. They didn’t have the tire in stock. It’s a very common tire size so I asked why they didn’t have one in stock. I was told that they don’t have much room to store tires. Really?? You are a tire shop but you don’t store even popular tire sizes?? ? Ok? They said they could order one and it would be delivered at 1pm. Ok great, I ordered it. Went back home. 1pm came……and no call. No problem…I can wait a while, they are probably busy. 2:30pm I call them. After leaving me on hold for an extended period of time to find out about the tire, I knew it wasn’t a good sign. The delivery never came. I asked why they didn’t call me when the delivery never came. I was told that because the delivery driver never came they lost track of what time it was. I was told that another customer also didn’t get any tires. Let me get this straight….. although you knew that another customer didn’t get their tires because of the no delivery, you still forgot to call me be because you didn’t realize that it was after 1pm? Interesting. ?

My Father is/was one of the most critical guys I knew, but he loved bringing his vehicles here. We needed a new location to bring our van and these guys were great. They knew what I wanted, didn’t try to oversell me and did it right. I’m happy I found them. They will have my business moving forward!

Took my Truck here for an alignment. 3 weeks later my front tires were completely bald. When I went in they accused me of getting other work done after their alignment, which caused the issue. The work they were talking about was done months prior! After being there for 2 hours they just tried to sell me new tires. This happened a few years ago and it still pisses me off because I’ve never been accused of anything like this. So unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone come here. Paul was a real jerk about it all.
