Customer service is terrible. Today one of the tellers Fabian pointed out an embarrassing blemish on my face. Asked me if I knew it was there? Yeah dude, I’m pretty aware of what’s on my face. How stupid can you be that you say something that’s none of your business. All I wanted was a 30 day statement. Maybe get some training on how to communicate with people in a professional setting.

I left work an hour early to make a special effort to open a new deposit account before the bank closed.
I arrived at the bank a little over 20 minutes before closing time, and stood in line for about 10 minutes. After I had waited in line, I was told by the Branch Manager that they could not open a new account because it took 20-30 minutes to fully open the account, and the bank closed in a little less than 15 minutes. I was told I would have to come back another day to open the account, which means I need to take MORE personal time away from my job, even though I made a special effort to leave early the first time.
Apparently, Chase isn't interested in having more deposits to supplement their balance sheet, as no one was willing to stay only 5-10 minutes extra to open my account, depsite me having a check in hand to deposit. Why bank here if I am not worth the effort?

Dissatisfied with Credit Card Application Process and Customer Service
I applied for a credit card with Chase Bank almost a month ago and am still waiting for the card to arrive. Prior to applying, I visited a local branch for clarification on the process and to apply in person. The representative seemed inconvenienced by my request and told me it would be easier to apply online, assuring me the decision would be immediate.
After applying online, it took over two weeks to hear back. I called customer service multiple times and even returned to the branch, where the same representative attempted to help but was unable to resolve the issue. They promised to follow up the next day but didn’t contact me until I reached out. After days of unresolved issues, we stopped hearing from them entirely.
Once my application was finally approved 2-3 weeks later, I spoke to a representative who assured me my card would be expedited and arrive in 1-2 business days. It has now been over a week, and despite being told the card would arrive today, I am still waiting.
Overall, the lack of communication and delays have made this process frustrating and disappointing. I expected a smoother experience from a bank like Chase.

Apply sapphire credit card at the Bountiful UT, branch. Supposed to get 10,000 reward points from the branch bonus but didn't get it. I've been communicating with the branch manager, Cody for weeks, but the issue just couldn't get resolved. Chase credit card department and the branch apparently have miscommunication. Cody promised that the issue would get resolved, but it wasn't the case. Moving away from Chase.

I've had the pleasure of banking with Chase Bank of Bountiful, Utah, and their service has consistently exceeded my expectations. Their foreign money exchange service is top-notch, offering the best rates for their customers. The teller staff is fantastic—always friendly, efficient, and ready to help.
A particularly memorable experience was when I accidentally dropped $1,000 cash while performing a transaction. I didn't notice the loss until that night, and I was extremely worried and upset. The next day, my wife went to the bank to inquire about the missing money. The staff asked her to describe the amount, type of bills, and the time of the transaction. It turned out that one of their honest staff members had found the money and reported it. They asked me to come in to verify the details, and to my immense relief, they returned every dollar.
Despite my offer of a finders fee as a token of gratitude, the staff refused to accept it. Their honesty and integrity truly made my month, as I had been sick with worry over the lost money. Chase Bank's exceptional service and trustworthy staff have earned my deepest appreciation and loyalty. Thank you, Chase, for your honesty and great service!

Waiting here even after making appointment. Other people are being served in my appointment time. What’s the point of appointment?
Making it 3 stars from 1 because the lady was friendly.

I wish I had read the reviews before I attempted to do business with this branch. Been working with Chase Bank for over 15 years and this one just happens to be the closest to my home.
I have been attempting to set up a business account for over a week and the communication level is Subpar at best. Run from this branch. After nearly 2 weeks, they just notified me that they no longer service the trust account I was needing to set up.
Chase.. YOU’RE FIRED!!!!

I’m sorry if I misspelled your name, but I was helped by Tatyana and she was extremely polite and friendly. She even gave me some Valentines Day bags for my kids. Super thoughtful! The time and attention it took to make these characters on a ton of candy blew me away. Thank you Chase and Tatyana. Please give her praise and a raise!

These guys are so difficult to work with, doesn’t matter if it’s personal or business banking. Take your business to a local bank or credit union!

Worst bank you will ever use. Closed my account without notice, and I had to hound them to get the money back. Friends don't let friends bank with Chase.

My wife and I came in a few months ago to add her to our kids’ savings accounts. Whatever they did didn’t fully take because she still wasn’t on two of them. So we came in to try again and to add me to our oldest child’s checking account. After an hour of sitting in the office they weren’t able to accomplish any of this. We both work and it’s tough to find times where we’re both available and the bank is open. It’s crazy that after two hours of sitting in this branch we still can’t sort out this simple issue. They seemed more concerned about getting us to buy investments than actually solving our problem.

Avoid this bank! Will shut your account down when there is no fraudulent activity at all without any explanation. Best thing we did was leave Chase
