She was so sweet and kind. I'm sure she was more than excited to get home to her family but she took special care in making this moment memorable for my daughter. “Great old navy. Far less chaotic than the park city outlets. Great deals especially on kids clothes! Black fridays huge line actually moved very fast. Line around the store we were through it in maybe 5 minutes. Was shocked!”
“I went there this Friday at like 3pm and both workers there were absolutely amazing. Kept pushing for me to try on the different type of jeans, and even though usually I don’t do that because I’m lazy, I tried them on and it ended up being a nice shopping experience because I got to feel how different types of jeans feel on me. The worker on the floor helped me with every question I had, made small talk and just simply made my shopping experience a million times better. I’ve been coming to the store for the past three years and although I wish some of the Carhart clothes was a little more durable so I wouldn’t have to replace it almost every year. It’s not something that affects this store since they don’t control the quality of the clothes, but still something that I like to point out.”
“Walked in the store today, and was greeted by a wonderful, super friendly employee. (I don't know her name, but she had her dark hair up, and wore glasses.) She told me about the sale right away, and after I shopped for a few minutes, she started fitting room for me. As I was trying on my clothes, she helped me with finding other sizes, too. The other employees were helpful as well. Great shopping experience!”
“Needed some special linen clothes for a trip to North Africa, wasn't expecting much but this store had exactly what I needed! Owen was really helpful in picking out clothes that would keep me cool and look nice. I've never really shopped here before but I will defiantly be coming back now that I know what they have.”
“My first time coming to this store , I am leaving Utah in three days & also saw the sign upfront where it's said SALE lol..!
I ended up getting 10 T-shirts , sweaters & couple of full sleeve shirts . Because they were only 5-7$ & I need to get some gifts for all the gentlemen on my family . So I saved a lot of money & it's really good quality too . Funny thing is most of the items are made in Bangladesh so I can't send it back home lol !
Customer service was excellent, the girl who helped me today I wished I have asked her name . She was a great cashier .

“The tall guy and both girls with the bangs are so sweet and helpful; made my shopping trip with my daughter easy. Was able to get everything we needed but was disappointed with the older lady with curly hair. She was very rude to us and the other workers! Very unprofessional, I really do hope that she isn’t the store manager because that type of behavior is completely unacceptable. My 5 star review is for those other workers because they were very nice and helpful!!”
