Melanie sure has a sour attitude on her for working as a gas station clerk. Wish I could remember the other ladies name she was very kind but Melanie hates her life and wants you to hate yours too. Won't be coming back here again although it's the closest gas station by my house I'll make the extra drive to not have to deal with such a poor attitude.

I’ve found it quite irritating no one can enter a card in manually not everyone has five different credit cards to use and it’s getting annoying who takes cash and doesn’t these days . But I’ve seen it done in places I’ve replaced my card twice now I’m just not sure it’s me but rather a chip reader problem . But please train your worker how to enter a card in manually or get this to be an option for the future .

This gas station is the best! My whole family comes here for the staff. Particularly Sarah and the nice lady with short hair (I think Susan?). Every one is personable and don’t treat it like they’re just trying to get through the shift. Best gas station ever fr. It’s amazing how this gas station has low turnover!

I am recently moved to bountiful and have been using this commonsense gas station for the last few days. The first day I was here I bought and paid for a drink from the fountain drink at full price since then I have been bringing my cup in and yesterday I noticed even though I told them it was a refill I was charged $1.99 for the refill so today I decided to fill it with only ice and buy two separate Mountain Dew’s to pour over the ice in the cup I told her that it was my cup and . I brought it in with me and she still charged me $.49 for the cup. I do not recommend shopping here go across the street where you can get the proper pricing and not be overcharged. Yes, the staff greet you when you come in here but other than that, they are not very friendly.

Sarah working the night shift the night of 4/19 has the most disgusting attitude towards customers. I will never be back to this location due to how I was being treated tonight just because I asked to do a split payment. She needs to have some personal training on how to interact with customers after the level of respect I received tonight.

If I could leave less than one star I would. The level of professionalism and service (or utter lack whatsoever) I received at this establishment this afternoon appalled and disgusted me. I will never patronize this business again.
The cashier (an older Caucasian woman) was confrontational, made inappropriate comments to me concerning my appearance and my ID, racially profiled myself and my fiancée, and ultimately after attempting to charge me for cigarettes she wouldn’t provide (yes, I questioned why my total for two drinks was $15.84) when the cashier refused to wait for my fiancée to grab her license out of the car, (which she also demanded, I appreciate the compliment, we’re both 26 and heavily tattooed), she didn’t appreciate my comment and after continuing to be confrontational I told her I didn’t need to put up with this level of blatant disrespect and abuse and that I could get real service across the street; and I did and the gas station across the street gave me no hassle, and I was happy I did!
If common decency and respect for your customers is something your cashiers cannot offer to patrons of your business, then I recommend a serious investigation into your personnel.

Thanks for the free car wash the jeep nickname (Holy Ghost ?) was extremely dirty from all the sins in the air. Thanks for being kind and washing all the sins away now everyone can be happy again and enjoy their summer the wash was outstanding ☺️? and I love coming for the chili dogs and milk and doughnuts ?? and ⛽. Sometimes I give the Holy Ghost a wash after going an visiting the temple grounds the Bountiful Temple is my favorite. Very beautiful ?♥️.

I'm a vendor and service this store 3 times a week. Barb is absolutely amazing! We have mutual respect for each other and others in the store. It's always a good and fun environment when I go in. Everyone who works here is very kind! I always look forward to seeing Barb and everyone else here.
