100% recommend the Bountiful location!! The store manager and other employee's are always very helpful and kind! They go above and beyond! I’ve been to many other Cricket stores, but this one by far, is THE BEST!!

Had great customer service until they ran the entire staff out in the matter of months due to harsh and ridiculous standards for the employees from the employer. It even go so bad to the point where Danielle left and if you know Danielle, you know everyone came for her

I visited this store on Jan 9, 2023 and I had the most amazing customer service from Danielle and Jessica. They were extremely knowledgeable on services and products, super friendly, and went above and beyond in all ways!! Cannot recommend a better place to go, and will travel out of my city to visit the Bountiful location again for any future needs!
