Had great customer service until they ran the entire staff out in the matter of months due to harsh and ridiculous standards for the employees from the employer. It even go so bad to the point where Danielle left and if you know Danielle, you know everyone came for her

I visited this store on Jan 9, 2023 and I had the most amazing customer service from Danielle and Jessica. They were extremely knowledgeable on services and products, super friendly, and went above and beyond in all ways!! Cannot recommend a better place to go, and will travel out of my city to visit the Bountiful location again for any future needs! Danielle was a pure delight. I would recommend this store to all my friends & family. We drive nearly 175 miles to be able to deal with this particular store and staff, because we have always been treated fabulous. They are always knowledgeable and so customer service oriented. They really put customers first, listened really well to what we wanted and needed. Then they made sure we were completely set up before we left the store. It made getting new phones and plans so easy and FAST!

Danielle was vary sweet and awesome she really helpful I've came in to just get my account updated and she got me going! Then I've asked about a great sale on a new phone and got me in to a moto g stylus with a really great deal. I recommend to come out bountiful cricket and see Danielle the manager she great ?

Danielle is a rockstar!!!!! She is sweet and kind, in her own beautiful rocker kind of way. Let me just say go to her. She truly cares.She will take care of you. If you can go during the workday (not Saturday) it will be a little easier on her. She seems to be very busy on the weekend. I was the first one in on Saturday and she got me in and out in less than an hour. I felt bad for the people that came in after but I promise she took care of all their needs also. She is very popular and everyone that walks in the door is family to her.Keep paying it forward sister!!!! If I still had employees I would try and steal her away but I don't think she would even listen. She loves what she does and she has GOT you!!!!
