Update: key pads have been replaced and upgraded and payment has become much more straightforward than in the past. The transition seems to be more or less over. Wish they hadn't increased my cost so much in such a short time but at least the facility is functioning again.
Since the takeover, things have been falling further into disrepair despite aggressive raises to the monthly rent. A unit next to mine got flooded, the online portal is a pain to use and made me create a new profile when they were bought out, and I just went to get my Christmas decorations from storage to find the keypad and therefore gate don't work when the office staff aren't in to manually let you in. As a business owner, I have very limited time in those hours and will have to decorate my lobby a week later than planned.

After the system update you can’t even get into your unit if there is no attendant on site because the keypad is dysfunctional and does not work most of the time. Forget accessing your stuff after 5pm.
Then you actually might lose everything in your unit at any point, as they fail to charge autopay cards they have entered into the system multiple times. They do not call or text you when there is a problem.
You literally just get “we will cut your lock notice” by email after the fact, instead of “we can’t find your card in file, please pay” by phone or any other means of human communication.
Not a safe place to keep your belongings.

Clean facility I have stored with them since January. no major problems with them.Just a little unhappy with the heavy set lady who decided to go out and play with her baby and smooch with her husband and left me hanging at counter.The guy and older gal that works there are more pleasant to do business with.

This storage facility seems to be the safest and most secure facility that I've found. It's not the cheapest, but I guess that's the cost of security and convenience, as it's pretty centrally located in the middle of Bountiful.Time will tell how safe and secure it is.

I have been using the Bountiful Cubes Self storage far longer than I would like to admit:)I have had at least one 20x10 storage locker since back when they were called "Lock it Up", which was several years ago.I really like the cleanliness, great service and convenience of this place. I especially like dealing with Dave who has been there since I got my locker.The prices are not inexpensive but the great service, safety and location have kept using this business.greg

Great storage options, the staff is amazing, Mandy helped me all day! With whatever I needed. Secure, lots of options, free truck with rental with a dolly and blankets! Plenty of time to access sheds. Have used twice! Will continue to rent sheds here when needed!

I had a really great experience using cubes self storage. The staff are friendly and super helpful. They work with everyone to make sure things are taken care of. The units are clean and well taken care of. They keep it safe and make it so that you really don’t have to worry about your stuff. I will definitely use this place again if I need to.

Great place to store your things not expensive either get to use a truck as well if you need it. I would definitely recommend using this storage unit place.
