I worked with John Sorensen with DentPro today at Doug Smith Auto. He was extremely busy but stopped what he was doing and fit me in. He treated me like I was family. He fixed a dent on my recently purchased vehicle. He was fast, professional, affordable, efficient, provided excellent quality of work. I was told by some other dent repair people that the dent I had would need to be taken to body shop because of the size and it being located on a crease. John fixed it right up, it looks amazing, and he saved me thousands of dollars! 10/10 recommend

Great job! We bought a pre owned car that had a couple dings on it and John was able to basically erase them (one was a difficult dent right on a body line). Now my car really does look brand new! Hopefully I won't need dent repair again but if I do, I know who to call.Service: Body & Trim

I had a small dent in the front fender of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called DentPro with high expectations considering all the rave reviews. Also, the profile picture was pretty much my scenario. The business owner, John, answered very quickly. He was professional and nice. I explained my situation and he asked me to text him a couple of pictures and he would get back to me with a bid. I sent him pictures and he called back within minutes. He said that he could not fix it because of where it was and it was probably too deep. Instead he referred me to a local body shop close to me in Bountiful. One of the reasons I called is because the profile said he was close to Bountiful. On the phone John explained that he lived in Bountiful, but was in Utah County that day. I assume he just didn't have the time for me so he pawned me off on a body shop. Thankfully, I was able to find another paintless dent repair specialist that got me taken care of that same day in about an hour and a half. I never did get a bid from the body shop, but I'll bet it would have been a lot more than I ended up paying and a lot more time than I was willing to commit. I don't plan on getting more dents, but if it happens I'd be willing to give DentPro another shot hoping for better results worthy of a five star rave.
