We love DFCU because of the amazing and friendly employee's like David DeDen. We needed help getting our son an account setup for his mission and David was a wonderful help. He answered all of our questions, made some suggestions to help keep our son's account safe while serving his mission. We really appreciate the customer service and family feel at DFCU.

Amy was very nice and let us in near closing time. She took her time explaining the auto loan even though we had breached her extra time. Very appreciative for her help. Will come again.

The lady Friday night before they closed. She gave me her full attention I was having a challenging day and she truly listened and validated me. She was present in the moment and showed me kindness . Michael Dahl did a fabulous job steering us through the different procedures to finalize a new home build. He and his team were easy to communicate with and they responded in a timely manner to allow us to feel apart of this entire process from start to finish. For someone that has only done this a couple of times in their life Michael and his team offered insightful suggestions along this entire process and lined up a closing in our home so we did not have to travel. Overall a great experience and we would strongly recommend DFCU for your next home needs.ThanksJ&S Clark

David DeDen is an absolute ROCKSTAR! He put everything aside to help us on some family estate questions and just gave us 100% of his attention even though it took quite a while to complete. The only pause he took was to wish a regular customer a happy birthday on his way out the door. It was unlike any banking experience I've had in setting and service. Nice work David and Deseret First CC!

The people at the branch in Bountiful have been absolutely terrific in helping us get a lower interest loan. From day one, our loan officer was engaged and proactive at each step of the process, and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. When he had to be out of town, he made sure we were in good hands, and other staff was very quick to step in and help when needed. The customer service has really been above and beyond.

I love thisCredit Union! I have been banking here for years! They are very helpful anytime I have any questions. No hidden fees, no surprise charges! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my banking needs. I highly recommend them!

I did a construction loan with DFCU. I was really impressed with the very personal service, advice, and protection they gave me during the entire process. They were the only financial institution I could find that offered a one-time close at a competitive rate. Mike Dahl, the loan officer for construction loan, was on top of all of the details for me. Since this was my first time building a home, I relied on his knowledge and expertise. I was impressed with the entire process.

As always Scott at the Bountiful branch was amazing!!! He worked with us diligently until we were able to untangle our accounts after a hacker attack. He definitely deserves five stars. I would give him 10 if they were available!!!

I have had the worst experience. My wife and I were attended by Amy at the Bountiful branch. We were struggling and needed help. She made us feel so guilty and embarrassed. Her facial expressions and constantly reminding us of what we already knew made me want to close my account there and leave. My wife and I work for corporation of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Thinking that a credit union that seems to be based off of Gospel values would be different. It is not, Deseret First is just like any other establishment. My wife and I were not looking for a hand out, we just needed some help. Every time we have looked for help here it is like anywhere else. This experience makes me sad

I have been with DFCU for years and continue to receive exceptional service. Stephen Parker is no exception. My sister had attempted to open a second account at her large National bank and I encouraged her to use DFCU. She was pleasantly surprised at Stephen’s helpfulness and how quickly they could set up the account and provide the cards. Stephen also helped me with multiple decisions in adjusting my accounts so they would be most beneficial. I cannot not say enough good about both DFCU and Stephen!

I was very happy with the service I received at Deseret First Credit Union. Amy Espinoza is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, She made some tedious banking tasks go smoothly and relatively quickly. She was able to answer all my questions and offer helpful financial suggestions.
