Called and got a quote to replace all 4 of my tires, came in and replaced the same day. They were super fast, friendly, and even on a busy day fit me in. Would recommended to anyone

I’m always beyond impressed by the service here. Since I first purchased my tires from this location it has always been convenient to have pressure checked and any repairs needed. I bought a new car in January and it has a flat. Brought it in and they found a large bolt, indicating it would need a new tire. I paid and they got to work. Upon further inspection, they tried to repair it, tested it out, and the repair did the trick. They refunded me, and no charge for all this work they did. I was floored. Best of the best, and shout out to Zander for putting in the extra effort to find this favorable solution.

Chase was very helpful, worked with me to come up with the right set of tires for my truck. The ride is phenomenal, it's comfortable, quiet, and does really well off road.

Bought a new set of tires today. I work in the canyons and had some traction issues this year, so hopefully my new choice will be an improvement. Options were laid out very clearly and installment was quick, thanks to Skyler for helping me out!

I bought 4 new tires yesterday for my son’s car. Skyler was amazing!! He noticed the old tires were worn but still under warranty. So I was able to get money back from those. He also recommended better tires and they had a rebate on them. He was patient, kind and informative. A true example of exemplary customer service. You have a gem in him, Discount tire!

This location is awesome. We had a flat and had to have the tire replaced. The tire we needed was not in stock, but they could order it for the next day. Chase, our technician, was informative and pleasant to deal with.
I forgot my drink mug and when we returned he had put it in the back until we came back. How many businesses would do that? Not many, that's for sure. This location will be our go-to place when in the Bountiful/Salt Lake area.

Do yourself a favor and make this your first and last stop. I had been searching for a little while multiple different places like les Schwab, Burt brothers, big o, and every single one just had a sleazy salesman trying to make more money on the most expensive tire, not to mention, all 3 of those places customer service and front end were awful. I personally dealt with chase, who was fantastic and really guided me through options and took the time to what would best fit my truck and what I need personally. Half bought because of the price and half because of him due to the knowledge and professionalism. And from what I seen this location just trains their people at a 10 and has a high expectation of service, because every single front end rep had the exact same tone and professionalism. I can 150% say I will now continue to come back to this location every single time. Great job guys.

Not happy with Discount today. Brought car in for a new rim and rotation -- they refused to do the rotation. They said there was "outer wear" and recommended new tires. Normally that would be okay. However, they didn't have tires I need in stock. They said to bring the car back on Monday -- but I don't have time on Monday. I also needed a new rim which they gladly replaced. Car was already in the service bay, so it makes no sense to me why they refused to rotate the tires. Starting to feel like the lifetime rotation is just a scam to push new tires.
