Huge thank you to Alicia and Jackie for being so helpful and accommodating! 30 pairs of shoes, a dozen packs of socks and an eager bunch of folx in the early morning hours couldn’t have been a normal Tuesday morning, but it was a great time for us and everyone is happy with their choices!

Store floor is so filthy that walking in the store makes shoes look used. When we asked about a discount for how black the shoes were they told us it's normal for the shoes to be dirty becuase they dont clean the carpets (and it shows). No remedy or discount was offered.
There was also a promo going on for BOGO half off. We spent time picking out two shoes that specifically listed they were part of the BOGO on the tags, and then after checking out we're told they werent on the promo. The advertising is very misleading and is basically false advertising. Would not shop at this location.

Misleading BOGO sales tactics! Everything that says BOBO 1st pair has to be paired with a BLUE tag pair to get the BOGO, but no one tells you that until you've checked out. Carpeted floors are disgusting, making the sole of any tried on show filthy.

Lousy selection at this store. Kind of a mess.Update- 1 year later and they are still a mess. They have no NBA caliber shoes but they do have NBA shoe prices. Their clearance items are really just $5 off.

It’s false advertising to promote “buy one, get one half off” throughout the whole store, only to tell the customer when they are paying that it’s not on everything. No other signs up to tell you “these selected styles are not included”. Do better.

Famous Footwear?? Not so famous. The staff basically were basically non-existent, and when the pink haired version of an employee looked up from their phone long enough to grunt my direction, I was done. I needed dress shoes, was going to buy 2 pairs. But in a store of this size, the selection was horrible. And after the rudeness of the two staff members I encountered I wouldn't give them my money even if they had the exact shoes I wanted.

Wide selection, employees very nice and professional. They need more variety of slippers and shoe insoles though!

After waiting at the checkout desk for a little bit, I had to search the store for an associate to help me make my return. I was able to find the store manager fairly quickly, but I found her standing in one of the aisles scrolling social media on her phone. It didn't feel very professional.
