Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.I called in while having an asthma attack. The pharmacist kept saying she couldn't hear me and couldn't understand me. She asked me to speak louder. So I spoke louder and enunciated carefully. The pharmacist immediately started yelling at me saying that I was talking too loud and with a rude tone like she was an idiot. I tried to apologize and explain that I was just talking louder and enunciating because she said she couldn't hear me or understand me and that I was not trying to be rude. The pharmacist continued to yell over me and say that she would not help me or reach out to my doctor about my asthma medication because she felt I was being rude. She then hung up on me. Because I was trying to communicate while having an asthma attack the pharmacist has decided I am not worthy of asthma medication.

poor pharmacy service, we are a doctors office and I was on hold with 2 callers ahead of me and I got disconnected, so I called back again and now I have more than 4 callers ahead of me.

Oh, if only Yelp allowed a zero star review option. This is easily the worst pharmacy in Davis County. They have no respect nor care for their customers time/health. They make up their own rules. Their staff is rude and unhelpful. Their pharmacists extremely slow. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life, and I had Comcast internet for almost a decade. Walgreens corporation should be ashamed of this location.

Took over an hour to fill one prescription. Waited in line for 15 minutes. They were having trouble with my insurance, that seemed to take them forever to sort out. It took two employees to figure out how to change insurance on a computer, once they figured that out, they asked me to wait for 10 more minutes (I don't know why), then they proceeded to help 6 other customers and they forgot I was waiting so I had to get in line my self, so that wait extended to 40 minutes.Blind leading the blind. Avoid at all costs.

To avoid an unnecessary state mandated 90 day waiting period after having had Covid 19, we booked our immunization jabs at Walgreens which, as a partner with the CDC, allowed vaccinations after only a 15 day wait. Our first vaccination was efficient and quick, although the Pfizer vaccine made me pretty sick for a couple of days. Now we're back for the 2nd jab and are anxious to get this over with. Walgreens was a good choice for this procedure.

Today I had a complicated print I needed that involved circle labels. At the self service kiosk I was having issues but the girls at the office helped me every step of the way. They never made me feel like a burden because of all the help I needed. After trial and error they helped me print what I needed and I am so grateful! I wish I got the woman’s name who helped me but she was really customer service oriented and willing to give me different options to get what I wanted. Thanks Fedex!! This was really important to me and I’m glad I was able to get this done!

did not use the pharmacy no rating there...from all the other reviewsseems to be a problem there.....general store was ok clerk she was pleasant,got my stuff n left seems clean and very organized. ive been to taylorsville and its bad dirty and disorganized..............this one store was ok far as im concerned.
