This place is hanging by a thread. Went in to drop off FedEx return. Waited for cashier to come over after checking out three customers, didn't come over and then started helping another customer who came in long after I did. I left without getting the return shipped. Another customer went in after me also with a FedEx return and left with their return as well. Don't waste your time going there, at least for a FedEx return.

People are nice but this place is woefully under staffed in the Amazon owned world we live in. Waited 30 minutes to drop off items almost destined to live in the back of my car forever more.

On occasion, an angel patiently helps you navigate a difficult task. Today, Sandi was that angel. I could not be more grateful for her capable work, patience, sense of humor, and extraordinary care. FedEx is very lucky to have such an exceptional Manager.
