We went to ship items internationally. Provided the needed information, and asked if we needed to provide any other paperwork, we were told no. One week later our packages returned and money kept because we did not give the proper paperwork. Employees at this location told us all was in order and that our packages would be delivered. Now we cannot even receive a refund of almost $300 for receiving bad information from employees. Disappointing. Never again will I trust FedEx. Do better.

I use FedEx Office regularly for quick business printing, and they never disappoint. The staff at this location is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient — making the process smooth and stress-free. The print quality is consistently great, and they’re always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything turns out right. Definitely my go-to spot for all things printing! Thanks guys 🤗

It really rubs me the wrong way when you have 4 people standing behind your counter and you direct me to your self service stations to print and a different self service station to laminate.
I want to come in an out in as short of a time as possible, but your enforcement of your self service kiosks works against that.

Manager cannot multitask and ends up over charging and losing half the papers the customers needs scanned in. The other employee is lazy and doesn't bother helping other customers making it to where the poor excuse of a manager helps all of the customers at the same time. Being a supervisor myself, this is unacceptable and poor customer service.

Colin prepared laminated products for us to give away during a presentation. I was visiting from Cincinnati to deliver a presentation. This office provided prompt, professional service. The products were very reasonably priced, prepared with precision, and my client's conference attendees loved them.

I was trying to send 5 pounds of (Premium) Chocolate to Arizona to a youth wilderness program that I had gone through myself. I know how much it meant to me so, I wanted to give it back. I wrote the address down before I got there, and payed for a shipment that never made it on time/at all for Valentines Day. Not sure what I did wrong in sending it out, but I never even got the chocolate returned to me. Nor did I get a good explanation for why it happened.

Had to go here to return Google routers and had an awful experience. There were 3 employees and 2 people waiting in line. I was second in line and was not offered help by the 2 employees doing nothing. I waited for 10 minutes for a simple drop off before another person came in behind me. One worker was setting up a display and completely ignoring the line piling up. The guy that came in after me went up to the employee setting up a display and told him he needed to drop something off. The worker stopped what he was doing to help him despite the fact I was there first and also "just needing to drop off". Rude customers and rude employees. Will not return.
