Rachel treats me like family every time I come in. Because of the culture of this place (which Rachel is seriously the linchpin & tone setter of) this place literally feels like a VIP barbershop.
It’s like the TV show Cheers here.
I seriously enjoy coming in because of how they make me feel.
I’ve seen Rachel greet so many people by name and it’s seriously incredible.
It feels like more than a job for those that work here.
It’s like everyone is an owner.
It’s incredible.

I have had an account at First Community Bank since about 1999. I've always had wonderful experiences at First Community Bank and appreciate the people at the Bountiful branch. However, when I needed to borrow money from my brother to pay a medical bill, the bank sent it to the fraud department. They did not listen to any reason and just assumed that it was a scam. Not only did they send my brother's money back and charged huge fees to do so, they closed my account and accused me of being a scammer! Nothing could be further from the truth; I am hurt, confused and angry!! There is NO TRUTH WHATSOEVER to their accusations and they acted before taking into consideration our explanations. I'm disgusted and sad ....

Our experience setting up a HELOC with Meisha and Dawn was incredible. Everything went smoothly. They were patient with us and answered all of our questions. This is a bank that truly gives a personal feel for their customers. The bank itself has a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend banking here.
