Just spent our first evening here for a Pokemon tournament. One of the employees, Brandon I believe, took the time to learn my boys’ names, set up a demo match for them, and walk them step-by-step through the basics of how to play. He was SO patient and helpful, I was extremely impressed and grateful! All of the other employees were kind to my kids as well. They already can’t wait to go back!

Came to play at a Lorcana tournament and Robert was an awesome organizer. He was running store and food registers, all while keeping the tournament going with a hitch.

Great time playing Lorcana. Cathy & Roberta are very helpful & make the evening enjoyable.Would be better if HVAC controls had a fan only setting. Depending on how many very energetic D&D players are present, it's gotten VERY WARM several times this winter. They are able to turn heat down/off, but then there is no air moving at all.

Me and my friend come here every friday. We either play mtg or board games and meet other regulars. Alec, Robert and Kyle are the usual employees we always meet and talk to. They're funny, very knowledgeable about the products they sell and are really friendly and professional. We look forward to seeing them there just as much as the other regulars. It's a great friendly environment, I drive up from Sandy just to spend my time and money here.

Very well run location with excellent customer service. Robert, Alec, and Kyle are phenomenal at running events and helping with anything you need to find.

The minute I walked in to the Bountiful Store I thought What a cool place. I had priced a game on Amazon and found it 10$ cheaper at Game Haven. I bought a second game I had been looking for that was also cheaper than other places I had been waiting for the game to come in. Their customer service was great as well. Friendly and welcoming. This is my new go to place for all things Game related.

I've had nothing but horrible experiences there. Unfriendly staff, condescending comments, crazy prices.I even tried to get the staff to help me try and find a card and they only pointed me to a computer when none of them were busy. I avoid them like the plague.

From buying here in the past had had ok experience but today put the icing on the cake to where this is upsetting, had my card box chucked on table to having someone tell me at the checkout counter tell me the product I was buying was “stupid” and I couldn’t even use my rewards card and attendant wouldn’t let me use points to use to discount product, nice to know I come here spend a lot of money on products and to get rude service
